La collecte de journaux systèmes lors votre application à crash sur une session du client. Cela permettrait d'améliorer son application et donc de sortir une mise à jour depuis Google Play Store.

Inconvénients :

Pas très encourager à utiliser Firebase pour ceux qui débutent sur le développement d'application. Il faudrait que Google force à intégrer l'API dans son application pour collecter les analyses et surtout les crash et performances de l'application sur la session du client concerné.

Commentaires : I recommended a lot of simple, growing, starting, and scaling projects to my fellow developers. Its pay-as-you-go is pay-as-you-go. Having hosting, database, authentication services, and everything coming from Google Cloud makes it a perfect one-stop solution for any project you are working with.

Avantages :

Having everything in the same place is always satisfying. As Firebase and Google Cloud become a must-have in current serverless implementation, it is excellent to find Firebase getting the love it deserves regarding functionality. The documentation is top-tier, and the connectivity with any other platform you use to store, share, or send data makes it a breeze to use Firebase.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard interconnection with the Google Cloud panel is unfinished, so you must jump between multiple screens to find the necessary information. It is there in the same platform and architecture, but it takes 3-4 clicks to get to where you want to be.

Really useful with a very generous free plan

What I like most is Firebase Authentication. It's powerful and easy to setup on any project.

I really hope that one day Firebase will implement a nice CMS system that will be connected directly to Firestore or another database system.

Commentaires : Firebase is a good choice for many projects, especially smaller ones. It's easy and quick to set up and use. The real-time database and authentication features are particularly useful. Smaller projects benefit from this tremendously, however the cost of this service may be too high for some projects.

All in one solution

Commentaires : I use it daily and it works pretty easily, fast, with minimal setup and allow me to do all essentials task easily.

Avantages :

I like that you have a single tool doing most of the necessary task for you. Analytics, Feature Flags, AB Testing, Hosting, Authentication and more. It is also pay as you go so it is easy to setup for free, use it freely for quite some time until you reach the point where it s time to pay when you are properly settled. They offer all those tools that works pretty decently together and are very easy to setup.

Inconvénients :

The documentation is sometimes a bit confusing, and the pricing can also be slightly hard to understand since each feature can have their own pricing.

Firebase / Firestore and cloud functions has automated my business

Commentaires : Absolutely positive all round. As I mention above, it has saved time and money and removed a lot of laboursome tasks.

Avantages :

I started using firebase to run cloud functions, and then store data to firestore. I like the firebase interface. I like how event triggers function logically and the ability to use the api's as well. All in all, over the last 12 month I have managed to automated a significant amount of processes that would have otherwise required manual intervention, thus saving time and money. Its a win - win.

Inconvénients :

I haven't encountered any issue to dislike.

It has a good documentation, and provides many feactures for free, ideal if your starting a new app or bussines and don´t have a lot of money to get stated, so obviously have the best integration with google products

a SQL database is needed in firebase, i know it exists en google could, but it would be a great differences against other products

Avantages :

I like the complete package that Firebase offers to it's users that makes it easy for mobile app developers to insert features easily to their apps. It's great that Firebase also is linked closely with Google Cloud which makes management much easier.

Inconvénients :

Firebase isn't that complete and I personally would go using other enterprise services for production apps. It is great for small projects but scaling makes it a bit hard to use this platform.

It offers a lot of services that can make a difference when growing a mobile app or game: analytics, connectivity with Google Ads, push notifications, offers configuration, A/B testing...

Inconvénients :

Some features are not as user friendly, specially remote config: it requires a minimum of coding knowledge to change some values inside the game.

Commentaires : This is the database I used for my first android project and I found it as very flexible database for new users.

Avantages :

The main thing is the community. Firebase has a huge active community and that is one of the main reasons why beginners can try this without any hassle. Firebase is a real time database and apps can synchronize with the database in the real time. Also it has offline synchronization as well and update the changes once the internet connection is restored. Firebase SDKs support for frameworks like androd, iOS, angular and react.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any problem found while using this.
