Avantages :
Being free to choose when and where I serve has allowed me to form fruitful mentorship relationships with people from different nationalities who lack the financial means to hire a mentor. They can benefit from my knowledge and expertise as a business owner, consultant, and trainer, and I can help them simultaneously.
Inconvénients :
It would be nice if I could reduce the number of emails sent to me, although I'm sure the developer has already considered that possibility, and it's simply a matter of tweaking some settings. We haven't had any issues with the user interface, and I'm sure you will, too, after you get all the swing of the product.

Commentaires : Employee Recognization made simple just like the way the other social apps work. But I depth Analytics is provided for the organization

Appreciation in By both individual and group. Also effective presentation of history of appriezes through Appreiz graph are some good innovations

Maybe they can work on improving the UI.
