> **Avantages**: Ease of use and regular upgrades- tutorials are also helpful. Direct online help when needed is good for getting started. Data Held in Canada so ethically compliant.

> **Inconvénients**: Making invoice changes for example muliple payor options on invoices. I also mistakenly made two accounts for the same person and am having trouble merging them.
> 
> Good overall. I am able to get my students online with one session together and some followup after they practice on their own.

> **Avantages**: It is very user friendly and the support team responds quickly when reaching out for support. I like how they do take into account the user experience and is always adapting and growing to fit the needs of its practitioners.

> **Inconvénients**: The notes don't have spell check integrated in them in all types of text boxes, so that does make proofreading take longer than it needs to before signing notes, and I wish there were also a way to be able to have more choice as to when a cc is needed to be added for clients (ex. yes to before they book a paid session, but not needed if they are just booking a discovery call) because this has made me run into some issues. There are some other minor annoyances such as wishing I could change the default filter within the clients tab to be me and not my whole clinic as well, but overall I do really like this platform.

> I do really enjoy Owl as a whole. I have found it a lot easier to navigate than Jane which is what we learned in school. Overall, the only things I mentioned not liking do not dampen my experience significantly, but would be nice to have.

> **Avantages**: Notre cabinet utilise OWL depuis de nombreuses années et l'appréciait jusqu'à récemment. Des aspects comme la vidéothérapie, le calendrier, les options de financement et les notes étaient intéressants.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Récemment, des changements ont été apportés : certains services, comme les liens directs vers les chats vidéo, ont été supprimés du service standard et transformés en fonctionnalités « professionnelles », et leurs tarifs ont été augmentés. Je n'apprécie pas cette tactique de leurre et je trouve Owl contraire à l'éthique.

> Tout a bien commencé, mais je trouve les pratiques commerciales d'Owl contraires à l'éthique : ils utilisent des tactiques d'appât et d'échange, proposant des services à un tarif inférieur, puis les retirant et les facturant plus cher en les incluant uniquement dans des forfaits plus élevés. Nous ne sommes pas impressionnés.

> **Avantages**: Ease and simplicity of use is my primary draw. Its user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Given the cost, I do find that it's quite beneficial and that I get out of it the value that I pay for.

> **Inconvénients**: Some features are not automatic, such as including linked accounts for couples sessions. That creates tedious work of ensuring all clients are on respective invoices/receipt. I would like to have a "contact to book" option that is currently done with Jane, as that's a shortcoming that other applications have. I would also love to see a view where I can see clients' last session date together so I can follow up with clients if need be compared to going though my whole client list to verify who hasn't returned. That's a significant gap in client care.

> I appreciate their customer support immensely. When I have a challenge, I know that it will tend to be resolved in less than 24 hours which is comforting. Sadly, my last few support requests go a bit unheeded, and I have to apparently and needlessly restate my question to have the support necessary that resolves my issue. That's not great, but luckily isn't fully a norm yet. But overall I appreciate Owl in providing clear oversight into my practice.

The learning curve was not too steep and they have good customer support. I also like that it complies with all of the regulations and privacy laws in my jurisdiction.

> **Inconvénients**: I really don't dislike anything so far. I am still honing my use of Smart Notes but I am finding it to be a great tool.
> 
> Overall, my experience has been positive. I feel like the platform is a solid option for me and my clients. It's allowing me to grow my practice at a price that is affordable and still gives me a lot of flexibility and tools within the platform. Very satisfied so far\!
