BEST FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN EU
Avantages :
It is really user friendly at first. The user can use themselves without training if they are already using another fms. Another thing, mapon has a great support. They now how to solve the problems. It has also great CRM for admin users.
Inconvénients :
The only cons of Mapon is the device that mapon produced (Mapon Expert) is for advance tracking. It is a really really good device but it is expensive for basic tracking.

If we can get the warehouse / dispatching things work as perfect as to the beginning, it would be very very happy.

Avantages :
Easy to implement and use. Always new developments and a huge amount of supported devices
Inconvénients :
in the last weeks / months we think, that the warehouse department is not doing the greatest job anymore. we have a lot of wrong or faulty deliveries and the waiting time is getting higher and higher

Bad business practice / fraud
Commentaires : Please consider working together with map on very carefully. We did start cooperation in February another premise that there will be no monthly minimum charge. No they start asking us to pay at least €500 per month for the use of their service. Just right out of the blue. No warning and no signs for that. I do not recommend working with them. If you do not have enough devices to cover the €500 anyway you're probably better off choosing another provider. And if they tell you in the quote there will be no minimum fee please don't be too sure about it. We did put many work in it to include it in our service mini work hours and we even did buy devices that we now can throw away. We lost around €8000 altogether because of them suddenly changing conditions.

Great Integrations, Options, and Easy for the Daily User (End-User).
Commentaires : I am happy with the services, and when you get the hang of it, it’s really easy. Great service when you get in touch with the Mapon people.
Avantages :
When you get used to everything, there are many options and integrations that save you time from an admin perspective. It is also very easy to fill in your daily kilometers.
Inconvénients :
It takes time to get used to everything from an admin perspective.

Support is insufficient in some problems. The reason for this is that I think they do not have enough control over area operations.
