You can also see 3 tabs where it indicates your lead status as: To contact, in progress and without sale. It allows me to have my leads in real time. The registration in the tool you can do as a company or individual person for a super comfortable payment and accessible by user. Fácil pero caro

Avantages :

Lo fácil que fue implementarlo, la verdad es que se hace en 1 minuto con un plugin si es WP o un pequeño código js para cualquier otra web.

Inconvénients :

Poca personalización aprovechando el plugin de wordpress deberían desarrolar mostrarlo en unos sitios sí y otros no.

A very good chatbot for your website

Commentaires : The overall experience has been very good. The chatbot is great to take leads from the website visitors, and you can link the forms so they function as a lead inside the CRM. The CRM is for small companies, but works just fine to automatic or manually assign leads to all the users. You can add more than one site to work with different chatbots and it lets you integrate but more advanced CRMs

Avantages :

I work in Cibersys, and we are happy with Cliengo The chatbot is great. It is very intuitive and you can almost set the entire conversation to make the bot very realistic. Also, the new leads are very organized so you and your sales team can take care of any new opportunity from customers

Inconvénients :

I think that the CRM needs a little more work, sometimes it is hard to look for your leads without having to go back and forward on browser. Also, I think it should let you customize the different status of a sale, and not only give "To Contact", "In Progress", "No sale" and "Sale completed"
