Love this product

Avantages :

I love that my clients do not have to download anything to their computer to begin their session. They just have to open their browser, click the link, and they're ready to go. I also feel more secure using Doxy.me instead of the alternatives.

Inconvénients :

there is nothing I dislike about Doxy.me

Easy to Use, worth every penny

Commentaires : I have used Doxy for 4 years. I checked out a number of competing platforms, all of which had more cons than pros. Doxy keeps it simple for me and more importantly, for my clients.

Avantages :

This is the simplest, most user-friendly telehealth platform I have ever used, including the one within the EMR system I use. Also, it's easy to add multiple participants, so it works great for meetings as well as therapy sessions.

Inconvénients :

The security measures make the connection a little fussy i.e. if your camera has been used on another platform and that software is not closed, Doxy will not allow a video connection. I just have to be careful and prepared to troubleshoot with clients.

Commentaires : Overall, great product, easy to use, I use the free version. I have used the paid version two and I like all of the options it has.

Avantages :

Free, hippa compliant, easy to share link and easy to use as a provider or client!

Inconvénients :

Sometimes low connection, and we have to shut cameras off, but we can still talk.

Doxey.me for psychiatric sessions.

Commentaires : It is very useful for patients who have moved away and cannot easily get back to this city for a session. It also is very beneficial if I happen to be gone on a trip etc.

Avantages :

It was fairly easy to integrate. The quality of the audio and video seems to be improving over time. It is very convenient to use if patients live far away from my office and is usable if I happen to be away from my office on a trip etc.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the audio and video are difficult to use or might be of poor quality. As above, that does seem to be improving as bandwidth etc. improves.

Reliable and secure

Commentaires : Over all experience the last three years have been with very little tech. issues, very reliable, Video feed improved, and added services. I have a professional account it works great.

Avantages :

Security encrypted end from end and HIPPA compliant.

Inconvénients :

occasional technical issue on other end with clients, mostly Android phones

The Ease of Use

Commentaires : I have had a positive experience with Doxy.me, and my satisfaction increases with each new feature added.

Avantages :

Doxy.me offers user-friendly features for both clinicians and clients. Clients can join online appointments quickly without downloading. The client clicks one of the specialized link provided by the clinician, enter their details, and waits for the clinician to join. This online experience mirrors waiting in a physical office; however, it is done from the comfort of staying at home. Clients who were initially hesitant about online technology found it easy and convenient, expressing surprise at its simplicity and overall positive experience.

Inconvénients :

The main drawback is that sometimes I have to ask the client to log out and then log back in if the audio or camera is not functioning. However, these functions usually work fine once the client logs back into Doxy.me.

HIPAA compliant and easy to use

Avantages :

I like that Doxy is fully HIPAA compliant. That really drove my decision to purchase. I also like that I can count on my hand how many times in 4 years I have had a technical issue with Doxy, and on those times it was really easy to get tech support.

Inconvénients :

I can't say that there's anything I don't like about Doxy. It just takes a while to play with all the functions before you learn the full capacity of it (e.g., the white board, screen sharing functions), but I wouldn't call that a bad thing.

AMAZING product.

Commentaires : It is reliable, free, the encryption is safe for medical level use and it is easy to use.

Easy and User Friendly

Commentaires : Great overall experience! Doxy is user friendly, easy and it's very easy to send clients the link for logging on and they can keep using the same one or just easily send them another link if they can't find the original link in their old emails.

Avantages :

Having the free version that still allows for therapy sessions to last an hour or more.

Inconvénients :

I haven't really found a downside; occasionally the audio doesn't work for either my side or the other person's side but never quite sure if that's an internal Doxy glitch that occurs sometimes or it's just technology gremlins that can happen with any computer. I resolve it by using my cell phone to call the client and we still have the visual to see each other.

Doxy.Me is a great online platform

Avantages :

I started using Doxy.me during the pandemic when we all had to scramble quickly to move from in person to online. I've found the platform to be very easy to use for me as well as for clients. I continue to use the free version as I am not working as much and don't need the extra features.

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints other than occasionally the meeting history gets lost when the call ends abruptly (internet outages happen).

Great for virtual therapy

Commentaires : Fantastic- Used intially the free version, then purchased the professional version. %05 of my practice remains virtual using Doxy.me exclusively for sessions

Avantages :

Doxy.me became my solution in MArch of 2020 and I have continued to use it since. It's ease of use and troubleshooting, ability to have several participants log in from different locations, white board, and othe rtools make it invaluable.

Inconvénients :

less reliable when clients log on from cell phones- often disconnects, or freezes when they gat a phone call during session.

Commentaires : Extremely positive overall, mostly due to the HIPAA compliance with ease of use for clients and no required identification, which really makes clients comfortable on a platform they've never used before. No complaints from them!

Commentaires : Overall, I rate Doxy.me 5 stars out of a possible 5 stars. It is an asset to my work as an Advocate for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

It is a great way to meet with clients when, due to barriers such as i.e. work schedules, transportation, childcare, inclement weather, an in-person session is not feasible.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the video call is dropped and does not reconnect despite several attempts to do so.

Doxy.me works perfectly for me!

Commentaires : This site allows me to continue my private practice in the most convenient way at this time in my career when I am needed at home....although I began using Doxy.me because of the Pandemic, I have been able to move from my in town office to my home seamlessly.

Avantages :

It is easy to use, reliable, protects privacy of client and inexpensive.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I have problems the audio and visual being in synch. This is usually solved by using various tools the tech department has suggested.

Commentaires : I am satisfied with my Doxy.me experience because my patients are comfortable with it and it feels like we are in my office.

Avantages :

HIPAA compliance is number one, price is number two, consistency is number three.

Occasionally, the connection is difficult to establish. It happens rarely.

Service with Integrity

Commentaires : I have been using Doxy.me for 5 years. It has been very easy to use for both myself and customers. I especially trust that doxy.me will stay on top of HIPPA compliance. I started with free service and found the quality of the call excellent. I did upgrade in order to have more services, but also to support keeping the platform available.

Avantages :

Solid HIPPA Compliance. Easy to use for myself and the consumer.

Inconvénients :

Occasionally, I see someone who has trouble accessing doxy.me, but this is rare.

Commentaires : I have never had a problem with Doxy. Every once in a great while the video may be off but that happens to every platform that I am on.

Commentaires : Great! It I once again need a platform for telemedicine I think I would choose Doxy.me again.

Avantages :

Ease of use both for me and the families I serve. The troubleshooting help and the privacy. This platform was so invaluable during the height of the pandemic for me to feel confident in reaching out and providing physical therapy to the families I was serving.

Inconvénients :

Nothing in particular jump out that I did not like.

Excellent Product

Commentaires : Been with Doxy since the star of COVID when we were thrown into telehealth/telemedicine. We tries a few different companies but Doxy is the best we found in relationship to the size and need of the company.

Avantages :

Love how all of our providers can use this to connect with patients/clients. Secure, works well, and easy to set up and operate.

Inconvénients :

At times we have had some problems with connection. Not as common an occurrence in the past year.

Reliablility

Commentaires : Overall, I am satisfied and plan to continue to use Doxy.me for my practice within a bigger practice.

Avantages :

I depend on Doxy Me for virtual appointments with clients. The dependability, the notification when a patient is connected and in the waiting room, and the cost per month are all very important layers of rapport between healthcare providers as well as the service provider.

Inconvénients :

The only issue I have encountered of late is the connectivity with patients who may be using older equipment but was able to use it on the same equipment just a couple months prior to the connectivity issues.

The same link is used every time. I also have a simple practice account but it is a different link each time I see a client. It is free to use if you don't need any of the features

If someone doesn't have a robust connection it can have video/audio issues
