Avantages: We rely on Futuramo Visual Tickets when it comes to communicating bugs, change requests or feedback exchange. It really helped us communicate more swiftly between the teams of editors, designers and IT. We have tested a few ticketing tools, searching for something that's very user-friendly and will let us pass the message quickly and effectively. Futuramo Visual Tickets meets our needs. Tracking down bugs or asking for a quick fix on the website takes less time than before. One of the features - the annotation tool - is especially worth recommending - it definitely shortens the entire ticketing process. We can strongly recommend the app.

Inconvénients: The app works great for us and we can see that new features and updates are being introduced all the time. One thing comes to my mind - it would be great if I could add "followers" (in addition to one assignee), to a ticket.
