Excellent service!
Commentaires : From the beginning, Review Wave has been exceptional. The training was thorough and setup and use has been super easy. Any time there is an issue their customer service always assists us fast and resolves any issues.
Avantages :
I love the text prompts for Google Reviews.....it makes it super easy and convenient for patients to review us on Google. Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders.
Great Product, Great Support, Bet on This Winner

Avantages :
Great support, intuitive interface, integrates into Platinum and website. Also has an app so patients can control their appointments. Appointment reminders go out by email and text from our office phone number that patient's can reply directly to.
Inconvénients :
Dynamic forms are amazing, but tedious to put together. Could be an easier process.
The Campaign Communication Juggernaut!
Commentaires : Had a great experience with Review Wave. If my current EHR did not have a built in functionality to do what Review Wave does, I would still have it!
Avantages :
Review Wave is a reach out campaign juggernaut. The opportunity to connect and re-connect with prospective and current patients is the best I have seen on the market!
Inconvénients :
Review Wave is more expensive, and with more campaign options comes more time needed to set things up. It is mostly user friendly, but can seem complicated.
WATCH OUT! I would NOT use them
Commentaires : I would NOT use Aloha / Review Wave. They are average in effectiveness and terrible at customer service.
Avantages :
Did okay at reaching out to patients for reviews. Texting was the most helpful feature.
Inconvénients :
Most of the reviews were internal reviews for review wave which did not mean anything. Once they left an internal review, most people DID NOT want to go leave a Google review. WATCH OUT FOR CANCELLATION CONTRACTS! I changed EHR contracts and had to pay almost $1000 in cancellation fees when I needed to leave. They require 60 day cancellation. They Do Not Care.
Great 2-way communication with customers and automations
Commentaires : Overall, this is a great software for 2-way communication with customers and automated appointment reminders. I do like the ability to schedule marketing messages, but there is definite room for improvement in this area.
Avantages :
I like the text message automations and the ability to schedule marketing messages to practice members.
Inconvénients :
Their email editor is really archaic and does not allow you to send test messages and is a little hard to use.
