They caved into some public pressure then went back now. However, since the recent software update, I've found the new version much less user-friendly. In my opinion, the changes have negatively impacted the overall experience and workflow. > > **Inconvénients**: What I liked most about Spectora was the previous version of the software. It was simple, fast, and easy to use on a tablet while performing inspections on site. Unfortunately, I have found the newer software much more difficult to use. It has too many steps, runs more slowly, and has frequent glitches that make inspections less efficient. The old version was much more user-friendly and better suited for fieldwork. I have used Spectora for approximately 15 years and was a loyal customer for a long time. However, since the software changed, I have started considering other inspection software companies.
