Outside of their API support, the product in general has helped us automate so much of our Airbnb business at an affordable price for a mom \& pop shop. No way to cancel on the site. Have to threaten support team members for them to listen. Honestly ridiculous. > > It's been terrible, i had my property listed and unlisted by this software and it cause my reservations to be messed up causing me to lose two reservations and payouts. Which would have been avoided if I could actually cancel this damn software. The support has been awful, asking me why to cancel over and over and i keep telling them to cancel. Now here I am. I hope you do not treat all your customers like this, it's honestly ridiculous. Good bye.
