Commentaires : My overall experience has been wonderful.

Avantages :

The app’s branding capabilities and features are amazing. The app also has the ability to streamline things you need for your clients in one place. I have yet to explore all amazing features this app has to offer.

Inconvénients :

There weren't any icons at the moment. Overall picSpotr had everything I needed.

Now has an app!

Commentaires : Picspotr scheduler helped me make the most of my time and syncing with my original calendar added convenience. Having all related information with the event was a big convenience as well.

Avantages :

Picspotr finally released an app in the early months of 2021, it added a lot of convenience. Picspotr is a beginner friendly CRM that's designed for photographers and competitively priced. Picspotr helps manage client information and profiles, workflows, payments, and invoices. Get contracts e-signed easily. The Picspotr scheduler keeps related client profiles and invoices with events. It can be synced with Outlook or Google calendar and lets clients know when you're available.

Inconvénients :

Picspotr has made improvements but it still hasn't caught up. I didn't have success with the online payments or invoices. Both were just clumsy and difficult. I wanted more personalization and branding.

Want to love it but...

Commentaires : Hard to manage. Very generic interface. Would love for the content to be more inline with the company's branding (i.e. integration with my website). I'd love a prettier interface. I've only used it for one client and she wasn't impressed.

Avantages :

I like the branding capabilities, the features and the ability to streamline everything for your clients in one place. I have yet to explore all features. So this review is based on my short experience so far.

Inconvénients :

I am really finding it frustrating to just pop out a simple contract and an invoice to a client without having to start from scratch. I have looked hi and low for a way to do this simply but there just isn't. I'm coming from a PayPal environment where my items were saved and loaded. I could save an invoice as a template. Same as on Agree.com which I use for contracts. I don't want to have to edit and create contracts with each and every client when most of them are carbon copies.

Avantages :

I have tried a few online services that I am able to keep track of all my booking, but Picpotr is very easy to set up and understand . I look a lot more professional giving my clients their own portal area where they can keep track of their bookings, communication and payments made/due .

Inconvénients :

I wish there could be more integration with smugmug contact forms, but this is a limitation on smugmugs side with their security. Also would not mind more options on the iPhone App, like access to the questionnaire the client filled out.

PicSpotr Review

Commentaires : I have had a great experience so far. My clients have easily been able to sign contracts and send retainers. It's pretty straightforward!

Avantages :

I like that PicSpotr is so easy to use and the essentials are there but not so much extra that it becomes overwhelming.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could combine some of the menu options so that you could do them all at once instead of having to navigate to the different parts to set everything up.

Avantages :

I absolutely love using PicSpotr! It is super user freindly and has made my job 10x easier along with allowing me to have a much more professional look! The price is amazing as most studio management systems are super expensive. Anytime I've needed help I have always got super fast responses to help me resolve my issues that I had!

Inconvénients :

There are no cons! I absolutely love everything about it and have yet to experience any issues!

Simple Jumpstart to better business!

Commentaires : Picspotr helps me track my income and easily send contracts and invoices. I like PicSpotr because it helps to organize the backend of my photography business all in o e easy to use program.

Avantages :

PicSpotr is very easy to set-up and navigate making it quick to get started on the backend of my photography business.

Inconvénients :

Missing workflow function for automation. But it is coming soon!

great for a small business and affordable

Commentaires : They have been really create when i come upon a problem. Very quick to fix and respond.

Avantages :

Im a very small business and full time mom. So i really dont make to much money to afford all those other softwares that charge really high so i keep searching for another software and came across this one and said wow i can't believe the price and said it probably wont have much that i need and boy was i wrong, it has everything and so it allows me to manage the very little clients i have and be a full time mom. I love it and so thankful i can still afford it.

Inconvénients :

I least like about this software is that its not mobile or app friendly. Apps are much better to manage on iphones for me.

Easy Contracts

Avantages :

I love that the software comes with sample contract templates that can be molded to my use of business. I am however thinking of using it for invoicing this year.

Inconvénients :

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about it for what I use it for.

Customer Relationship Manager

Commentaires : Tracking and measuring business results. S.M.A.R.T. goals.

Avantages :

I love that I can use the software to set and track my business goals. Also individual customer portals will be featured soon. Customer service is phenomenal!

Inconvénients :

I love the software; however, would love more options for customer payment. Also would love to see more intergration with other software, i.e., email and image galleries.

Happy Photographer!

Avantages :

Setup was easy and intuitive. I migrated from another studio management company, and I was able to integrate all my client, job and rate info along with email templates without much hassle. I was up and running with everything to my liking in less than 2 hours. I am also a huge fan of the lead capture ability. I used PicSpotr to generate a lead form to go on my site’s “contact me” page that sends me an email with the lead info, sends them an auto reply, and adds their contact info to the software. From there, I just select the relevant template and can respond much more quickly than before.

Inconvénients :

I’m very happy overall, but I wish the software tracked the sources for my leads so I could analyze my advertising ROI.

The Simple CRM

Commentaires : Great.

Avantages :

I was looking for CRM with a sleek user interface and an easy setup. My favorite features are contracts, invoices, and insights. Set up has been easy and customer service has been quick to handle any issue I've had.

Inconvénients :

When I signed up for the program, it had yet to launch a workflow feature. Waiting on it has been my list favorite. However, workflows are being released in about three weeks and I'm excited about it. That's been my missing piece. In the interim, I have a manual workaround that works fine until this feature is released.

Great Software

Avantages :

It’s easy to use. Has all the features I need. The company listens to want its users want and make updates and adds features to the software. Great value. Great customer with fast response time.

Inconvénients :

Nothing I don’t love. This software is great. If I have a problem, customer service responds within minutes to fix it.

The Step Up Every Photographer Needs

Commentaires : I love the fact that all of my needed documents are in one place!!! My contracts are there. My questionnaires are there. I don’t have to scramble all over looking for that. The customer service is unparalleled. Anytime there is an issue, the team immediately provides real time updates on when it is going to get fixed and what caused the issue. I love how professional it has made my business. My clients compliment me all the time on the ease of viewing contracts and filling out questionnaires!!! The more updates that come out, the more streamlined this system becomes and that is amazing! Let’s not forget about the value!!! For the cost, I feel like I’m getting million dollar service!!!! This system has elevated my business and has taken the guess work out of how to provide great service to my clients.

Best CRM for the price

Commentaires : I like that I can create contracts as well as invoices and accept payments with this software.

Avantages :

I researched photography CRM prisons for a while. Most of them cost quote a bit. I liked the price point this one was at.

Inconvénients :

I wish it had more features. When creating questionnaires. There should also be a feature to insert text not requiring answers.

Commentaires : Overall, I’ve had a great experience with PicSpotr! Milton in customer service has been super helpful with any questions or concerns I have had thus far. It mean a lot when companies care about their consumers.

Avantages :

What I like most about PicSpotr is the ease of use. The software is very user friendly and easy to set up. I like that it has templates for contracts for my clients and I can organize my packages clearly. Also you can personalize the information you give to clients by uploading your business logo.

Inconvénients :

There’s no app, so accessing on the go is kind of a hassle because I have to long in every time from my phone.

A great option for photographers.

Commentaires : At first I was a bit put off by not having a dedicated app, but after using the mobile site I’m more than satisfied. I’ve had great luck with all of the features and plan to continue using it in the future. I highly recommend it for photographers, especially those just starting out. It is economical and helps with your work flow.

Avantages :

The software is easy to use and understand.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a bit of automation to the product. For example, the ability to have emails automatically sent at intervals to remind people about questionnaires, quotes, and invoices. There are also a few bugs of things that I can’t delete once they are generated.

Needs a lot of work

Commentaires : Honestly PicSpotr hasn’t improved my business flow at all, in some cases it has made it worst. I had a client respond to a message that was sent through PicSpotr, the system never alerted me she had sent me a message at all.

Avantages :

It allows you to manage most client interactions & keep track of expenses all within one platform.

Inconvénients :

It doesn’t allow you to set up email sequences in a workflow so it’s not automated. If I wanted to send everything manually I could have done that for free like I was doing before buying this system. Additionally there are glitches that need to be fixed. All messages, contracts, emails, etc sent to clients automatically say “read” even if the client doesn’t/hasn’t read it. It also allows for questionnaires to be completed without clients filling out the required boxes.

Photo booth CRM

Commentaires : As a small business owner this software has been a great asset! There’s tons of CRM’s that has all types of bells and whistles. Starting my own business has been stressful and intimidating. This software made it extremely simple and is the foundation of my management! Thank so much!

Avantages :

It has everything I need and it’s easy to work it’s simple.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the software doesn’t seem to sync properly.

On The Way UP

Commentaires : Overall PicSpotr has so much potential and I cannot wait to see how far it comes within the next 2 years.

PicSpotr is very user friendly and simple.

Inconvénients :

The con is that I believe that there could be more features and and the interface remain simple. Also, there seems to be a lot of glitches in the basic functionality at times (canceling subscription, reinstating subscription, expenses and revenue).

Commentaires : Their customer service is great. I asked if they could add a documents section that I could upload any documents I have for my clients and they did just that. I think PicSpotr is the best client management system out there that many people don't know about.

I liked how easy it was to learn how to use.

That there aren't many things you can customize make more personal. I would like to see more of my brand on PicSpotr.

Best photography software

Commentaires : I'm solving the problem of having everything I need under one umbrella. I don't have to use different softwares to piece together different functions that I need. PicSpotr is one stop shopping for managing my photography business.

Avantages :

This software has everything I need to run my business. It's easy to use with no learning curve. The price was also very affordable as a young business. I also like that the software/website incorporates a variety of "races" in their advertisement. I see people who look like me and I appreciate that a lot.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. It's perfect. I don't have any complaints about the software. I think my user error though is when someone accepted a quote, I did not get an email, but I'm sure that's a setting problem I have not enabled.

I love PicSpotr's customer support team, they answer questions extremely quickly. There's so much bang for your buck! Pretty competitive with other Client Management Software.

Inconvénients :

I don't like their prefill forms for contracts and other documents. It's a little frustrating that there isn't a key for the 'fill in' portions as well as no way for clients to put their own info. They're just starting out so I know there's still a bit of growth they have to accomplish!
