Commentaires : I like it and have found that it has greatly simplified my daily operations and improved communication and collaboration.

I love this tool, I can upload all the plans and models in one place, and I have real-time access from my mobile devices.
Inconvénients :
It would be great to see improvement in annotations and add notes, but I can't make changes to the design itself.

Be Aware Of Cancellation Issues
Commentaires : It feels like entrapment, although PlanRadar were in their rights due to the fine print in the contract.
Avantages :
Nothing - if I could have gone negative with the stars, I would have.
Inconvénients :
The fact that we had to cancel the subscription before the next invoice was received (this should be made crystal clear, not in the fine print of the contract). We have had to pay over $2,000.00 for a subscription that is not used.

Unverzichtbares Tool bei der Mangelnachverfolgung
Commentaires : Umfangreiche Bauvorhaben können einfach und effektiv bearbeitet werden.
Avantages :
Das unkomplizierte Handling und der hervorragende Kundensupport sowie kurze Einarbeitungszeiten für neue Mitarbeiter machen Planradar zu einer wertvollen Bereicherung des Arbeitsalltages.
Inconvénients :
Es gibt zum Teil Updates die das System verschlimmbessern, meist wird es aber zeitnah wieder behoben.
Intuitive Benutzerführung
Commentaires : Das Ticketing für Installationsmöglichkeiten im Glasfaserausbau
Avantages :
Der Foto-Editor ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und erlaubt eine Skizzierung eigener Ideen. Der Excel-Export ist umfangreichen logisch aufgebaut.
Inconvénients :
Umlaute und Sonderzeichen werden noch nicht in den Export eines Ticketberichtes PDF übernommen. Keine freie Statusbezeichnung, keine statusabhängigen Lese-Schreibrechte.
