Avantages :
Although there's some hiccup on the first time, the online operator help us to sort up.
Inconvénients :
There's some mis-communication on the first time application for the new user that PayrollPanda side missing out, because for new user the company director need to go to the bank to do some verification, which they forgot to mentioned to us. Therefore, resulted some delay on the salary payment but finally it's sorted.

EASY, INEXPENSIVE AND HELPFULL
Commentaires : payrollpanda really helps my business runs smoothly regarding the HR, Payroll matters and also meeting the EPF, SOCSO and LHDN requirements. it is inexpensive, easily accessible.

I LIKE PAYROLLPANDA BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO USE, ANYTIME I NEED HELP I CAN SEEK HELP VIA CHATBOX AND USUALLY REPLIED INSTANTLY. PAYROLL AND DETAILS STAFF PAYMENT FOR STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY, THIS HELP ME A LOT BECAUSE I AM THE OWNER OF MY SMALL PHARMACY COMPANY NEED THIS KIND OF ASSITANCE. THE FEES ARE AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO USE.
Inconvénients :
one of the features that is lacking maybe due to many statutory requirements, i found the PCB tax deductions not easily understood (maybe i do not know much about this). need futher information about this, i think the option for employee to pay their own PCB. one more thing, payrollpanda, i am not sure whether provide the annual EA form for each employee.

Please note that PCB is automatically calculated for employees since employers are responsible for deducting PCB from the employee's salary and paying it over to LHDN. However we do have a Freelancer setting for workers who are not employees and who do not need any statutory deductions calculated. You can always reach out to our live-chat for us to explain the PCB calculations to you with the help of our tax expert. Yes! PayrollPanda can generate the annual EA form for each employee.
Paypoll Panda helps in administration process of a project and generating pay slips for employees.
Avantages :
It helps organizing the employees in its database and managing there payrolls. It saves the hastle and confusions for the administrators. Once the employee is entered in its database its automatically generates pay stubs until its edited manually. Its can accommodate special cases like bonuses, sick leaves, paid vacation and reimbursements.
Inconvénients :
Much to users satisfaction, It can still improve when compared Intuit.

Nil - love everything about it...actually maybe there's one - to be able to capture different subsidiaries in 1 company.

Payroll panda have a good user interface that makes navigation so easy, cheap and reliable enough for small businesses to use
Inconvénients :
They have limited support. Support team is not always available on Live chat so you need to be more technical to figure out other issues
