Previously, we relied on Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets to track the progress and completion stages of our work. This was time-consuming and often required switching between multiple files and applications. With Karbon, everything is managed within a single system. We can easily update the status of tasks, monitor deadlines, and track work progress in real time. One of the biggest advantages is having all client-related information in one place. We can quickly access past communications, completed work, and historical records without having to search through multiple software programs or files. Another aspect worth highlighting is the excellent support we received during the implementation process. Our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], provided outstanding support from the beginning of the implementation through to its successful completion. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions or required guidance. Everything is tagged to a client and a work item. We can tag colleagues into emails and chats and they arrive with full context before giving feedback, rather than us re-explaining. We've become reasonably regimented about documenting meeting minutes and decisions in the flow of work, so everyone can see what relates to their clients as it happens. As the owner I spend most of my time in triage and don't personally use a lot of the work-item features day to day, but knowing the team has clear, visible processes to follow is genuinely useful. It helps me sleep at night. Customer support is the other standout. When our 2024 onboarding didn't go perfectly, Karbon's management was highly responsive to our feedback, and that turned a rocky start into a genuinely constructive ongoing relationship. They also keep developing the product, and some of the new functionality coming has me excited. The sense that they listen and keep moving is a real part of the value. > > **Inconvénients**: Price: it's not the cheapest option in the market, so it's a real consideration, though I can't see us changing at this point. There's also a learning curve for new team members. When someone joins, Karbon is a bit of a behemoth to get their head around at first, but once things start clicking into place they're away. Our own implementation back in 2024 wasn't perfect either, though Karbon's response to that feedback was excellent. The interface is functional rather than delightful, and setup takes real time and follow-through from leadership. None of it felt dramatic in the moment, but it compounded. Karbon isn't for teams wanting something light or forgiving. It's for firms that want clarity, ownership, and fewer dropped balls, even when that clarity is uncomfortable. Software doesn't build discipline, but the right software makes the absence of it impossible to ignore. Would I choose it again? Doit posséder un compte Gmail ou Microsoft dédié (sans pseudonyme et sans information préalable). 2. Doit organiser une réunion de démonstration. L'inscription et la mise en service ne sont pas simples. Il faut attendre une à deux semaines pour une réunion avant de pouvoir s'inscrire. 3. Doit payer avant même de tester le système. 4. Consultants extrêmement mal formés : ils ne peuvent même pas aider à résoudre les problèmes de base. 5. Le personnel ne lit pas correctement les e-mails et ne répond pas à toutes les questions. > > Mon expérience globale a été globalement décevante au début de la démonstration. J'étais un peu déçue par l'absence d'inscription au service d'auto-assistance et par le fait d'avoir dû attendre une semaine pour un rendez-vous. Après l'inscription et le paiement, les inconvénients ont commencé à surgir. Le consultant ne lisait pas correctement les e-mails et ne répondait qu'à une seule question sur quatre. Le personnel était extrêmement mal formé et il fallait créer un ticket pour changer d'adresse e-mail. L'obligation d'avoir un compte Gmail ou Microsoft est un manque de professionnalisme. Il est très peu professionnel de communiquer avec ses clients depuis un compte Gmail plutôt que son adresse e-mail professionnelle. Impossible de s'inscrire après avoir envoyé les liens, car le consultant ne comprend pas que l'e-mail est lié à l'inscription, et il ne peut pas modifier le lien d'invitation, même après que je le lui ai expliqué. Au lieu de cela, ils vous renvoient vers des articles d'auto-assistance, comme si vous étiez un idiot ignorant les bases. Une expérience vraiment chronophage et fatigante.
