User friendly and very practical to use and to implement

Perfect for whole company surveys - even on a very large scale!
Avantages :
It is extremely user friendly, visually appealing and makes giving feedback feel enjoyable, quick and easy. Takes all the pain out of giving feedback and incentivises me to add more detail as it is so easy and smooth!
Inconvénients :
I really can't think of much - as a user it is an absolute dream to use.

Commentaires : Terrible. The client service is a joke, the support claims they need to perform their tasks manually, they charge the client for recoding of data by number of records affected. They aren't able to export an anonymised dataset containing survey data, thus limiting the number of vendors working on the data.
Avantages :
The interface is fairly nice. There no additional things that I like, I just need to fill this space because of text length requirement
Inconvénients :
Lack of documentation regarding how a particular classification is performed the inability to export comments translated into English.

The depth of features is truly astonishing and that coupled with excellent service, support and ongoing consultation is better than anything we could have hoped for
Inconvénients :
It is definitely more costly than other providers but once you understand the depth of its capabilities it represents amazing value
