Worst EMR program I've ever used
Commentaires: Our practice has been using this system for the past 10 years and we plan to move to a better platform as soon as possible. The last boss holding out on approving the change finally gave in!
Avantages: It allows uploading of forms and overlaying of patient data fields for automatic formfitting based on demographics
Inconvénients: EVERYTHING ELSE. Interface is TERRIBLE. System is unstable. Too many sub-menus and pop-up windows. NOTHING is simplified. Graphics and ions are ambiguous. Learning curve is WAY too steep. It has every appearance of being developed by people who think in algorithms, rather than considering the fact that the user experience will greatly affect usability.

Inconvénients: I would not recommend this product to anyone. The program is constantly not working and there are constantly new issues. The customer support is terrible, and there is little to no follow up on reported issues. Problems take way too much time to resolve (often going weeks without any progress). This program will negatively affect your MIPS reporting and will give you so many headaches. They will give you a generic "the programmers are working on ti" response when you follow up on issues with no expected time of completion.
