Un logiciel impeccable
Avantages :
Je n'l'utilise que depuis quelques temps et je suis vraiment satisfait des résultats
Inconvénients :
C'est vraiment génial et vous aussi faire quelques améliorations des outils

It's easy to use and understand how to work with it
Inconvénients :
Platforms where we can connect to are not that many and so this list should be improved and more integrations should be offered
Easy to use and great support
Commentaires : Overall it's been great. I've been using them for almost a year now and have no complaints. When something small does pop up, like a day didn't transfer because my QBD went offline, everyone is super nice and they help me fix it asap.
Avantages :
Commercesync is easy to use and the support team is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recently switched from QBD to QBO and after emailing they hopped on a call with me and they couldn't have been more helpful getting my information switched over.
Inconvénients :
The support is email first, but they do have the ability to schedule phone calls. I've never had an issue that direly needed to be fixed the same day anyway.
Very Little Customer Support and Assistance
Commentaires : At this point, not very good at all due to their lack of response.
Avantages :
Can't think of anything right now, especially since we are not receiving responses to our requests and needs for help.

very little customer support - untimely response to request for help (several days)
Used this with Square and QuickBooks
Commentaires : The time is saves is wonderful. Once set up the information is automatically downloaded into QuickBooks. Saves me hours of work daily, no longer have to manually input my sales.
Avantages :
Does the work for you, downloads directly into QuickBooks, even while I sleep! The information for all sales are categorized and updated into QB without me having to do anything. This has literally saved me hours of time, daily.
