It allows stakeholders to easily contribute and considerably reduces their workload. For administrators and HR, Appical enables them to orchestrate the entire process and related processes such as IT orders. For me, the strong focus on the new hire experience is one of its greatest advantages. Since Appical specializes exclusively in pre- and onboarding, in my experience, the solution offers significantly more capabilities than many general HR systems in this area. I also appreciate the integration options with applicant tracking systems and HRM systems. This allows for extensive automation of the pre- and onboarding process and reduces media breaks. > > **Inconvénients**: The fact that managers still need convincing that onboarding begins as soon as the contract is signed and that they should be involved from the start, not just from day one, is unrelated to the tool itself.
