Perfect tool for us
Commentaires : ForceManager is the tool HUNE has long been in search of, with a view to fully measuring the efficiency of our sales team. We are very happy with the application, as is our sales team, since it saves them a great deal of time in terms of reporting
Force Manager App
Avantages :
Ease of use. Ease of custom software to our needs with the help of support team. Mobile App is awesome.
Inconvénients :
It would be great if incoming calls and outgoing calls are automatically registered even when running the app in the background only. Happened a couple of times where I wasn't able to check-in when out on the road as it didn't pick up my location.
This has been a good platform for staff to document & share details of sales visits with customers

Avantages :
The ability to track sales staff activities, and for them to upload customer documents & photos to share with other staff.
Inconvénients :
Lack of "notifications" when documents etc are added to a particular customer. It would be nice if you could set up an email notification when a sales person or support staff add documents to a particular client.

Hi Jessica, In order to receive notifications when documents or other items/activities are added to a particular account by someone, you need to flag the account with the flag icon found on the account's file. Avantages :
Impressed by the ability to work with the development team to customize solutions.
Inconvénients :
Missing the tools and analytics to review the opportunity funnel.
The perfect AI driven sales assistant and CRM.
Commentaires : This is the perfect fit for our hybrid work situation and the AI Sales Assistant is such an asset when interacting with the CRM to accomplish and get intelligence on your day to day activities.
Avantages :
Truly built for ease of use, mobility and the new hybrid sales reality. Support is incredible.
Inconvénients :
Nothing really. Some higher end features do require customization from the ForceManager, but only if you are adamant about things following a very specific model.

Recent data restrictions on opportunities section now max 6,000 words
Good Software and Reliable
Avantages :
Works offline, Syncs simply across platforms and devices. Very few issues. Ties all users data together.
Inconvénients :
Slightly different views and actions available on Ipad/Iphone/Web versions, which is slightly confusing. Also be great to have prompts to remind that you haven't contacted someone in a set time frame.
Not a recommended option

I've been using ForceManager for more than 5 months and It actually improved the way I work.
As a self eployed I used other CRM tools but this one fits in my daily workflow, helping me have access to all my clients and see when was the last time I visit them and what I talked about with them.
Just really helpfull to keep me even more motivated when I built relationships with them.
Avantages :
Hassle free when start using it in your daily habits
Inconvénients :
None so far, maybe that the Android version looks a bit different than the one on my iPad but I mostly use my iPad.

Commentaires : Herramienta muy completa para uso desde un escritorio hasta en el móvil, facilitando mediante su integración con GPS cualquier seguimiento a clientes y prospectos que estemos dando seguimiento.
Avantages :
Es una plataforma muy amigable y fácil de personalizar, puedes obtener diferentes métricas y reportes que facilitan el seguimiento y presentación a nivel gerencial. Obtener una proyección de cumplimiento de Budget establecido, así como el manejo de tareas básicas como seguimiento de clientes, tanto en juntas presenciales, virtuales, mensajes de WhatsApp, emails. Una herramienta completa.
Inconvénients :
En mi experiencia con herramientas similares como: CRM y Salesforce, me parece que no cuenta con desventaja versus las otras, por el momento, no encuentro ningún punto desfavorable para mi desenvolvimiento diario.

Commentaires : Una excelente experiencia, es una herramienta que nos ha ayudado a mejorar muchísimo la gestión de nuestros clientes y a llevar un control sobre las oportunidades detectadas.
Avantages :
Que es un software que se actualiza en un 60% sólo, no requiere de mucho tiempo para alimentar la información diaria sino se adapta a las actividades normales de un Ejecutivo comercial.
Inconvénients :
Que la información por whatsapp no queda registrada si el comercial no lo registra.

Un CRM que destaca por su gran facilidad de uso, lo que permite que el equipo comercial se adapte rápidamente y aproveche al máximo sus funcionalidades.
Inconvénients :
Pequeños detalles por pulir que seguro se van mejorando día a día.

No hay una desventaja. Bueno, que hay un apartado en creo que en proyectos en el cual no te permite subir cierto tipo de archivos

Más que no me guste, necesito involucrarme mas en el admin, para acortar los tiempos de respuesta a mi equipo

Avantages :
Tienes todos tus contactos guardados, puedes aplicar distintas campañas y necesidades sobre ellos, fácil uso para gente que entra de cero a utilizar la aplicación.
Inconvénients :
De momento no hay nada que me haga dudar del buen comportamiento de este maravilloso CRM

I like that I can maintain a relationship with our customers, attract them and keep them in the best way, with ForceManager everything is easier, from managing personal data and knowing what they are looking for to managing an agenda.

I have no negative opinion of this software, I am very satisfied with each result.
