Currently, I need to open individual unscheduled events to find this information. \*Unscheduled-event labeling: Unscheduled events are currently displayed as numbers, so I must open each one to determine whether it relates to a protocol deviation, medication, medical history, end of study, adverse event, or another item. Clear event labels or categories in the event list would make the system much more efficient and user-friendly. \*Access workflow: Having to request one access code to enter Greenlight Guru and then another access code to download data, even when already actively working on the study, adds unnecessary steps and can slow down workflow. > > Greenlight Guru Clinical is a useful eCRF platform that becomes easy to navigate after the initial learning curve.
