VBOUT

Un outil tout en un indispensable!

Avantages :

VBOUT est très facile à utiliser. Je débute dans l'email marketing et j'ai tout de suite compris comment prendre en main l'outil. L'interface graphique et l'UX sont bien pensés même s'il reste toujours de la place pour l'amélioration. Il est facile de lancer une campagne, la prévisualiser, la tester et la planifier. L'analytics est très intéressant également avec la possibilité de suivre les liens (links tracking).

Inconvénients :

Le constructeur de modèle de mail devrait être un peu amélioré afin de faciliter la création de modèle. Je rajouterai des fils arianes (breadcrumbs) dans les pages afin de pouvoir revenir facilement à l'écran précédent. Concernant le suivi des liens, il faudrait améliorer le domaine afin que tous les contacts puissent ouvrir les liens sans avoir d'alerte de sécurité.

What about Vbout? Its great!

Commentaires : Love it. Onboarding was thorough, support is great and the tool is simple and easy to use.

Avantages :

It's has almost the same functionality that Hubspot has but at a fraction of the price. I like that there are less restrictions on the email lists.

Inconvénients :

Needs email split testing in automations. Right now it's available for 1-off campaigns, but I rarely use that.

Introduction of Vbout will remove the redundancy and routine daily tasks and activities from root and wil convert the activities into automated one. It helps to boost the revenue by decreasing the expense substantially.

Inconvénients :

We have not faced any major issue or trouble so far. Though sometimes, integration problem occurs which can be resolved with minor changes in the system

LTD; functionalities + great support - one of the biggest assets!

Inconvénients :

Sometimes old feeling of the platform, with many reported suggestions being swept under the carpet.

Works but Not Ideal

Commentaires : While customer service is very responsive, we need to contact customer service way too often.

Avantages :

It has most of the features we were looking for when considering platforms and was affordable.

Inconvénients :

They upgrade/change features frequently without telling you and cause problems with existing campaigns. "Templates" can be hard to change and don't always work across different email clients.
