Pre-Launch Phase: Great so far though!
Commentaires : So far so great! We launch in a few weeks, but the implementation process has been great so far. We have been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to get everything up and running and they are both fantastic. Solid communication, very clear guides on what I need to do, they have been great.
Avantages :
I used exercise.com as a client using another gyms workout program and really loved it from a user interface. This will be our 3rd and hopefully last software (over the past 10 years) we use for our gym and it has the most features and flexibility compared to what we used previously. So far the implementation process has been easy with very clear communication and instructional information.
Inconvénients :
Because the software is so adaptable and flexible, we have to manually input a lot of information compared to other systems. There isn't a standard template for email automations for example. That being said, I would gladly trade building in everything myself to allow greater customization than being forced into something that's preset.

Commentaires : It has been an ongoing struggle with trying to implement everything exercise.com has to offer. We were told onboarding would take up to 60 days. We have been at it for 6 months and I feel like there is so much more left to use. I wish there was a way for us to pay someone, that was dedicated to our site to set everything up for us. We are trainers, not computer programmers. Thank goodness for [sensitive content hidden], but she has multiple customers to help as well.
Avantages :
Being able to keep track of clients both those that come in to workout in our studio and those that are online. I like having [sensitive content hidden] helping us with all the questions we have about the software. I also like having the app for our clients to access their accounts and the ability to schedule classes and appointments
Inconvénients :
The many features can get confusing when trying to build out our online training programs. The group feature is very confusing with assigning certain programs to certain members.

Too focused on features, not enough focus on service and functionality
Commentaires : Mostly disappointing, partly due to the issues we've had, but also due to the fact that the software has tons of potential. But the potential of the software is being severely limited by, from the outside looking in, what seems to be a lack of prioritization, communication, leadership, staffing...or all of the above.
Avantages :
Most everything needed to run a business, from Member management to programming, to billing, to scheduling, is all in one place.
Inconvénients :
At the beginning, there was an over-promise of the product which, so far, has not been delivered.Transferring and onboarding for the software left little to be desired. The onboarding Team was very helpful and diligent about answering questions. The process, though, was somewhat efficient, with a number of big mistakes. The mistakes were mostly corrected in the long run.[sensitive content hidden], our Success manager, has been super helpful. She listens diligently, follows up efficiently, and seems to care about the customer outcome. However, there seems to be a HUGE disconnect between what the right arm (the Success/Support Team) is saying/doing, and what the left arm (programmers/back-end developers/organizational leaders) are listening to/caring about. For instance, most of the bug issues we've submitted have not been resolved. The normal response when I follow up on a bug issue is "Our developers are looking into this. I'll get back to you when I know something".The software itself has a number of inefficiencies and bugs that we overlook. Of course, no product is perfect and I'm happy to overlook issues if I feel like there's something being done about them. Thus far, though, that hasn't been the case.

Commentaires : It’s given my business a much more professional look and feel. I still have so many options to build my programming for continued growth and I’m excited about all the possibilities.
Avantages :
Functionality, great customer service, total customization
Inconvénients :
I’m not tech-savvy at all so it’s not intuitive to me despite it being very user friendly. Luckily it’s easier than others I’ve used and they walk you through every step.

Avantages :
So far my experience with exercise.com has been superb. I had an app built and it turned out sweet. My contact with my exercise.com team has been professional. Responses to my many questions have been timely and my POC [sensitive content hidden] has been super patient with my lack of IT knowledge.
Inconvénients :
There was a hick-up on the IT side of the house in the early phases when my app was being built. That situation was quickly resolved and we got back on track.
