Super Easy to Use Time Clock Software
Commentaires : it's great! it's super easy to print out the punches for the week so I can do payroll.
Avantages :
Very simple timekeeping software that's cloud based and easy to access from anywhere you can get internet access.
Inconvénients :
The pricing structure is per employee so I could see how that could add up fast. Sometimes there's a glitch with time off requests. You can't customize the reports at all so you need to adjust them every time.

Commentaires : I give Clockit 5 stars out of 5 and I highly recommend for small to mid size business to try.

Clockit is simple and straight to the point. Less is More!!!
Inconvénients :
I think what can be improved is basically when an employee forgets to clock out it should either send them text or email saying they forgot to clock out

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. We do have notifications that fire when the shift is about to end and if they have not clocked out after the shift has ended. We also send an end of day email showing the clocked in and clocked out times. Do reach out if you would like to know more. Also, I noticed that you didn't give us any rating for the support. Can you tell us what went wrong?
Software is fine and accomplishes what I need it to but it's not as simple to use as I wish.
Avantages :
I love that there is a free version for our small company of two employees and that I can use it at the free level until we need to grow to include more employees. I like that it is very simple for my employees to clock in and out each day on their phones.
Inconvénients :
I find it very confusing to accomplish tasks that should be quite simple. All I need is the total number of hours each employee worked to paste into Quickbooks but it takes way too many steps to manually run that report, select dates, and sift through lots of unnecessary data. I also find it very user-unfriendly to correct employee errors and missed punches which I have to do somewhat regularly. I'd love to have an automated report appear in my inbox each week with JUST the information I need and nothing more. Thank you!
Simple, Just what we were looking for.
Avantages :
Easy so our staff will use it. Also simple to approve changes when they have forgotten to check in/out
Inconvénients :
So Far I can't find any problems with using this platform for our needs

Commentaires : I think ClockIt has so much potential to be the perfect platform for any business, small or large. They are constantly working to improve the functionality by obtaining input from their customers. If they continue to make improvements, we will no doubt be a lifetime customer!

Missing some key functions that would be beneficial to the employee as well as payroll processing.
