> **Avantages**: Software appears to work, but is time consuming to integrate. We have an unpopular ERP system, and perhaps that is part of the issue.

> **Inconvénients**: They do not care about the customer, only getting their money. Read your terms thoroughly before proceeding. Their onboarding process involves animated characters describing the process. Might be helpful to some, but my IT manager thought the whole process was so unusual he asked if we should stop earlier on. I wish I listened to him. Now we're locked into an expensive one-year contract they will not let me out of even with understandable reason.

While the onboarding does take some time, it ensures a flawless sync and a top-notch experience in the end. If there's ever an issue, a prompt notification is sent and their team is ready to resolve it swiftly. I would definitely recommend Commercient for their excellent service and results.
