Works Perfectly
Avantages :
We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Thanks Cielo and the team, your work is very much appreciated!

Commentaires : Exceptional, [sensitive content hidden] was your Engineering contact and he's a very experienced professional, clear communication and he understood very well our needs. He was a key of our implementation.
Avantages :
Once is set sync process is stable , in one year we have a 100% synchronization sucess
Inconvénients :
In a short terms evaluation it was a easy way to move forward on the SalesForce integration with our ERP, but thinking long terms is expensive. Also we're limited to sync a few times a day because the price is higher.

Great support but a forced selling strategy and misunderstanding of our needs.
Commentaires : Support has been great and the customer panel is easy enough to use. But, it feels like a lot of the cost goes towards too many uneccessary sales and marketing features, rather than focusing on the product itself. This is just based on experience with other third party vendors.
Avantages :
The support team working on the integration have been very pleasant to work with and very patient with all questions. They've been very attentative.We've only completed Phase 2 so far and I'm sure it will be the same.
Inconvénients :
The sales team were too pushy in selling the product without paying much attention to what we actually asked for and now we've up paying for more than we initially expected. Every single little request seems to be an 'Add-on' which seems unfair, given that we paid for the 'Set-up' phase. Understandly Commercient is a business that needs to make money, but the product feels quite misold. And the integration almost loses it's value with such minimal syncs per day. I also really don't like that all of the Sage tables are uploaded onto Salesforce ie. Sage 100, Sage 200 etc. Creatoing a package for each Sage product would look much better as a customer. It just clogs up our Salesforce instance.
Duplication errors between CRM and ERP
Commentaires : Had a issue with Duplication matching and [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service took the time to guide and show me the correct way to fix the problems.
