Commentaires : The software is good, however the Customer service is even better. Radley is one of the best companies I have ever worked with when it comes to customer service and the knowledge that the support staff has. It is A+

It is easy to use and nice to find out issues before hand with data collection

A little slow at times, and can be a little clunky

Using Radley in a Manufacturing Environment
Commentaires : I've dealt with the folks at Radley for many years and have to give them high marks for customer service. Good group of people.
Avantages :
Being able to perform real-time transactions on the floor is critical for our business. The use of the Radley software has enabled us to streamline processes in many areas.
Inconvénients :
Anything that we felt was missing, they were able to write custom code to handle. That said, we really haven't come across anything we can't do.

Cusomizeable!
Commentaires : We use Radley data collection to bridge the gap between our shop floor and the requirements of our ERP. It is a great tool with friendly and supportive staff behind the product.
Avantages :
The ability to customize the software to our process is invaluable.
Inconvénients :
Making a version compliant with IOS or Android would be most beneficial.

Thank your comments and inquiry. We currently have a number of customers who have fully transitioned to Android devices. An iOS version is currently under review.
Remove the Human factor
Commentaires : We have simplified the storage and shipping of out material. Before we started using Radley to verify and ship material, there were times that the wrong product was sent to the customer. By using Radley to verify AND ship our material, we have not had one customer complaint of a mis-shipped product.
Avantages :
This software will remove the Human error factor in scanning the barcodes. The scanner will pick up exactly what the bar code has embedded in it.
Inconvénients :
Making custom modifications to the software can be a time consuming factor.

IFS Barcode Data Collection
Commentaires : Have been using Radley barcode data collection for 10 years. Its highly configurable allowing the supplier to configure it to meet our specific requirements.
Avantages :
Ease of use. Users like the look and feel. Almost no additional management of the software required after setup.
Inconvénients :
Does require a bit of setup to integrate it into your environment.
