Accolent was the change we needed for our industrial distribution business
Commentaires : From the start, Accolent provided our company with excellent training and guidance to prepare us for the implementation. We were nervous at first, but they were there when we needed them and all issues were dealt with promptly. We have worked with ADS Solutions for 20+ years with Advantage (previous version) and they have our full trust and appreciation for their excellent customer care.
Avantages :
By far, the best feature for our business is the order flow process. Everything is set up to easily track, manage and fulfill orders. It does so in way that saves us time and increases visibility in our day to day operation. Purchasing and accounting is set up similarly so that we know where everything is at all times.
Inconvénients :
Going from a server based system in the past, we did notice some slow down in using a cloud based interface. This has since improved drastically with Accolents updates and fixes so this is not an issue for us anymore.
Great software for our needs
Commentaires : I really like that we can access it from anywhere and that we don't need any special equipment like a server to run it on. The support team is very responsive.
Avantages :
It's very user friendly and has the best search capabilities when sorting through our extensive product lists.Even our sales reps who don't like technology are able to navigate the software fairly easily.
Inconvénients :
To be honest, the switch from our old program to Accolent was a nightmare. But I now realize it was pretty new software and had several bugs to work out. The last year has been much, much better and it is now operating smoothly overall.
