Avantages :
I love being able to show my customers what I am talking about which makes it very easy to make the conversation quick and we both know what is going on.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it is hard to log which customer I talked with but other than that it is good.
The Best way to screen share from PC/MAC or mobile to any device!
Commentaires : It just works. No hassle to start, no hassle to join. The simplicity and ease of use are a game changer.

Commentaires : Positive, would recommend as one of the top tier screen sharing programs with the best value being it is easy for invitees to use.
Avantages :
The training and use of the platform when it was new to me was simple and easy, plenty of the standard features you are looking for in a simple screen share. Best is that it is easy to use for clients not familiar with it.
Inconvénients :
Outside of whatever the cost is (unknown) it certainly delivered the value I was looking for. Still just a piece of the puzzle with so many companies utilizing different softwares, it does not replace the need to use screen meet as your sole provider.
remote support session made easy
Commentaires : We change from another application, this is more easy to use, don't need be ran with admin privileges, It can be recorded and saved in the report.
Avantages :
If the customer didn't run the app with admin rights, no problem! just send an admin privileges request. You can send command directly without the CMD window You can transfer files in both directions Easy to create a session
Inconvénients :
This application is embedded to Salesforce (in our case), sometimes it lost connection, you must update the page (F5) and reconnect o retry.
Simple to Use
Commentaires : With the option to not download a program it is easier to set up for our clients.
Avantages :
Easy to use as the user does not need to download anything.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the customer and I are unable to connect through ScreenMeet.
