Travel and exapnse managing is not a headache now
Commentaires : Saves our time and remove the Headche we have before it :)
Avantages :
One of the most brilliant thing about Clarcity Travel & Expense is that it gives the full report of of how the travel expense is going in very simole way and help us in saving our time by processing the expense report automatically.
Inconvénients :
Some time a new person find it a bit diffuclt but overall it is goood and recomended
Clarcity streamlined the purchasing process for my schools.
Commentaires : I have been using Clarcity for about 6 months now. At first I was a little skeptical about the process. Now I would not want to be without Clarcity. I am a bookkeeper for 4 elementary schools. All of my staff uses Clarcity for their credit card transactions and reimbursements. Shared staff uses the mileage feature as well. Now that everyone is on the system, processing payments to vendors and staff has become so much easier. I also like that as an administrator I can go back and find a charge for anyone to see what budget account was used. This is huge when trying to forecast budget balances during interim check runs and year end spend down. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone with more that 10 staff to track. Clarcity is definitely a time-saver.

Inconvénients :
Some of my staff struggled with how to use Clarcity. I found this took a little more one to one training.
I use Clarcity daily to manage expenses and travel for a public high school.
Commentaires : The benefits I get from Clarcity is easily uploading receipts to expense reports, and being able to use the app for expense reports when I'm away from the office.
Avantages :
The thing I like most about Clarcity is that there's an option to use an app, which I've found much easier to use than the web version. I like that I can take a picture of a receipt and instantly upload it to my Clarcity receipt profile for later use.
Inconvénients :
The thing I dislike about Clarcity is that there are so many steps involved in submitting an expense report, ie: you have to n ame the report, select a location, select a description, assign an account number. And then when you go to approve an expense report, there are several steps as well. It takes me a long time to do just about anything in Clarcity.

Commentaires : Great effective and efficient T&E platform. Easily adopted and implemented. My favorite feature has been the Mobile App and the ability to take a snapshot of any expenses

Inconvénients :
No real dislikes, but maybe the ability to view current reports before they are approved within the Mobile App.
Makes reporting expenses easy
Commentaires : Clarcity makes it easy to report and manage expenses. Users can use their mobile device or their computer to enter their expenses, take pictures of receipts and add them. Expenses can be assigned a reviewer who can then review the expenses and approve them. If the expense is questionable, the reviewer can also push it back to the user to correct it before approving it.
