Great features and strong support, User Interface can be improved
Commentaires : It's been extremely helpful in setting up location based conversational text surveys with conditions. The support has been the key reason we have been able to continue and expand our use of their service.
Avantages :
Flexibility in setting up text surveys with conditions

Takes some time to get familiar with the user interface and configurations
Amazing Product!
Avantages :
TXTImpact is am amazing product, helped us a lot in marketing our product. I love Text2Email and Email 2 Text feature the most!

i think the User Experience could have been better

Commentaires : I like that the drivers can communicate with us through text, but I do not like the fact that I cannot determine who the text needs to go to.

I like that drivers can communicate via text and send copies of bills

very generic. We have different departments and cannot distinguish where the text needs to go
Text-to-Vote Symphony
Commentaires : Great interactive experience for our symphony patrons.
Avantages :
TXTImpact was functionally robust, and the technical performance was good. It was easy to use and setup. The Customer Support assisted us in the 10DLC application process which was the most difficult part of setup.
Inconvénients :
Poll results did not work as intended during the campaign. We were able to devise a work-around with a mobile QR code.

Avantages :
The software is easy to use and allows for multiple campaigns. But the absolute best part of this software is their customer support . I’m not a huge tech user and their support is phenomenal. They respond immediately to your emails, look into every problem and call you, when necessary, to walk you through issues. I can not recommend them enough ! They never make you feel like your an idiot for not doing something correctly. They are extremely patient.
Inconvénients :
I wish they would enhance their campaigns so you could make two selections to the same campaign/poll but not allow you to select the same choice twice. Otherwise I love everything about this polling .

Commentaires : Overall it's a great software. it save my lot of time. Easy to use. We all like it. And last thing is that great costumer support.

Customer Service
Commentaires : we use to determine why users aren't able to access netmotion, is the text being sent and user not getting, is user not getting that far, etc.
Avantages :
I like the ease of determining the users actual calls and the status of them
Inconvénients :
It was easier to find the calls when that was the page that opened up once you signed in
SMS API
Commentaires : Pros: The API is very easy to implement. The SMS API works so fast. We have a correct feedback from the wire2air customer service. We recommend this company. Cons: Some time is very hard to have support by phone, but it doesn't mean that we don't receive the correct customer service. By email it works perfect.

Commentaires : The software is great. I had a few challenges in the beginning, but your customer service division ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) walked me through to a quick resolution. Now, if I can work on exporting the information so that it can be easily interpreted and used for the betterment of our organization.
Very easy to use appointment reminder system
Commentaires : I loved TxtImpact appointment reminder system with RSVP feature. Now, I can fill my staffing voids without making 100s of calls. Just one text message to all 100 temp staff and get a confirmation with in few minutes.
