Commentaires : I have enjoyed working with AuditBoard and watching it grow over the years. They are quite kind and customer-centric.

Avantages :

The most impactful feature for us has been reporting. We can report on how many controls have been tested, policy approval status, compliance effectiveness, issue management - to name a few. The best feature though is the support team that comes with the tool. AB team members really listen to ideas and hurdles and help guide their customers through.

Inconvénients :

When we first implemented AuditBoard, not all modules "talked" to each other. However, AB listened to our needs, and now everything works together.

The Go To for Internal Audit Management

Commentaires : No Internal Audit Management System is perfect but AuditBoard is one of the two best players in the market.

Avantages :

Ease of use, continual updates, focus on Internal Audit.

Inconvénients :

Implementation process, workstream module.

AuditBoard Review

Commentaires : Overall, I really like AuditBoard. I have people on my team who have come from other platforms who agree, and those who wish AB would do things the way their old platform did, but I generally like the product. It has made auditing much more organized and streamlined.

Avantages :

Before AuditBoard, we worked on SharePoint, Excel, and several other platforms to get through an audit, and even then it was a manual process to review and plan for the next year. Now AuditBoard makes everything in the process, from planning to remediation, much easier.

Inconvénients :

I've used AB for more than 4 years now and lately it has felt that the focus has moved away from improving its core products in order to build out the ecosystem. There are a bunch of small quirks in its core products, like SOXhub. When I've brought these items to the attention to the helpdesk and consultants, the response is always "suggest it as an idea in the community". This used to be a viable solution, but now I've had ideas out there for more than a year with dozens of "Kudos" (read: "likes") and comments from other users. Even AB staff have commented on a few saying that they've shared the idea and nothing ever happens. There used to be QOL updates at least monthly and now it seems like the community is largely ignored. It might just be my feeling though.

Auditboard Works Great for Daily processes.

Commentaires : I have been involved with this tool, since we first started testing, and was instrumental (from an IT perspective) in getting this implemented into our company. I have also been working with the daily support team to be sure they have the tools they need to be successful. I feel like I have a fairly good understanding of the architecture and the support model for the product and company.

Avantages :

The daily working process for audit management is very good. Depending on how the application is configured, you can add different users for different purposes and allow them to see a variety of things. Historical data is fairly easy to capture in dashboards and can be rendered in a variety of ways. Issues are in a separate module, which makes them easy to find and review or reuse as needed.

Inconvénients :

No global search function for topics, documents, etc. Text editing within the work steps is very limited. Additional functionality for bold text, bullets, etc. would be helpful. Recently, it's been a bit buggy as some functionality has broken as a result of updates, which has caused us some minor pain.

Excellent Software that every audit team needs

Auditboard has helped the team to be more efficient in documenting and finalizing the audits thanks to its ease of use and optimization of automating tasks
