All inclusive solution saving cost and time
Commentaires : The experience was/is great. It has saved companies I have worked for thousands in consultancy fee'snd allowed ISO27001 to be implemented in weeks.
Avantages :
The policies come with the platform and speak to each other, as well as coming with great guidance to tailor them to he business.
Inconvénients :
This survey is way too long to fill out.

The system is simple and most areas easy to navigate to. The customer support is fantastic.
Inconvénients :
Some of the features that are referenced within some of the controls are not provided as standard and are available at additional cost, but we only found out about them as we worked through the system and the controls. E.g., Policy Pack feature.

Misleading sales team and hugely deficient product
Commentaires : Horrible. Rude company with sketchy business practices. They try to get you to sign a proposal with over-promises and then stop following up shortly after. They don’t care if you get ISO 27001 certified or not.
Avantages :
There really was nothing I liked about the platform. It was so bad that immediately after we were given access, we switched to Vanta when we realized how much better it was.
Inconvénients :
Their sales team told us they had seamless integrations where isms.online does all the work. Just look at their market site. The reality is that their product costs $1k+/year more than Vanta while being hopelessly behind in sophistication and critical functionality. So rather than trying to get better, they’ll try to bait you into accepting a proposal while promising the moon about how easy it’ll all be.

What is not to like! It works really well and we have had success in its use and enjoyed it too.

No ability to have scheduled tasks. I know it is coming but is the one weakness.
