Logiciel simple d'utilisation et efficace
Commentaires : Nous y gagnons en temps car la signature est électronique.
Avantages :
Logiciel facile à utiliser, efficace, les différentes parties concernées reçoivent une notification dès qu'un document est signé, l'interface est claire
Inconvénients :
Il manque à ma connaissance une possibilité d'annuler l'envoi d'un document signé, peut-être faudrait-il proposer au signataire de pouvoir annuler sa saisie dans un court délai (1 minute, par exemple).

Commentaires : It saves time, reduces paper and leaves a trail that can be referred to when necessary.
Avantages :
SignRequest is very easy to set up and easy to use and the free version offers a ton of functionality. I like that I can see when a recipient has opened or viewed my document and can send reminders. Overall it's amazing.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it crashes, and you are not able to access your documents or even send some for signing. This can sometimes take upwards of 3 hours.

Commentaires : Very easy to use, explained in detail in pro's and con's. But we found em, liked em, and have used them for nearly 3 years now.
Avantages :
easy to use, cheap to get, same day use, automatic follow-up and email confirmations to me directly upon completion of a document signature
Inconvénients :
tech support is non-existent, occasional bugs where some documents won't work, and the search function for finding old signed documents doesn't work very well. We usually download our documents after each signature to send to our carrier and put in our digital document system, so its not a big problem.

As a big business the Esign tool is a must have especially for important documents they could even fill out remote

They are passively aggressively rude and they never reply other than one time.
Avantages :
Nothing - absolutely nothing We hardly used it.
Inconvénients :
BEWARE!!! They have horrible customer service and a horrible refund policy!! This is really how they make their money - they auto renew with NO refund policy and no attempt at customer service with an awful 30day policy from the first invoice (not even sure when that was even sent out?) And they never reply. Read the reviews!! They literally do NOT care about their customers and will reply in a snarky rude way. They are awful.
