It is software with ease to make and receive calls. The configuration for using Voip helps to make calls faster. There is a feature for transferring calls between extensions and another called "Pendulum", which alternates between calls. For not receive calls, exist a resource for pauses. It possible control the time of work with use the logins accounts.
Inconvénients :
When you sign in, it automatically pauses, which can make the user forget and remain paused. In addition, there is no warning that the pause has ended, which may cause inconvenience.

Avantages :
The most important feature of the software is the complete cloud implementation of all the functionalities, starting from CRM administration and configuration to the operator seat. This let you assemble a working team in a very smart way no matter if they work in office, in a cowering or from home. The web user interface is very easy to use for everyone. The social integration, the predictive and geo dialing let you set up very smart customer interaction workflow.
Inconvénients :
The missing feature is the mobile version of the software (but i think the first release is planned in the very near future).

I think it should be improved, the reporting part was the only negative point I found.

Il software è molto semplice da utilizzare. Puntuale nella reportistica. COnsigliato sia per teleselling che per telemarketing
Inconvénients :
La configurazione iniziale non è immediata ma con l'aiuto del supporto tecnico siamo riusciti a configurare tutto in brevissimo tempo.
