gradar comes with an automated matching to benchmark jobs as well as to job specific competencies from TMA's competency library and with the optional evaluation of working conditions (e.g. to determine hazard pay).
The application is available as Software as a Service and comes in four Editions: Basic, Starter, Professional and Enterprise

Agile System for Job Evaluation and Career Paths
Commentaires: I use the gradar tool to support many different talent and pay programs such as compensation benchmarking, career architecture and job competency management. Gradar contains a new point factor approach that is easy to use and more effective than legacy models. The methodology removes much of the subjectivity of traditional approaches. I feel more confident knowing that business decisions are backed up with a robust data set.
Many of my clients find that jobs with the same title have a significantly different scope and responsibilities at various locations. The gradar tool helps identify these differences and places these appropriately in the pay structure. The application of this tool has repaid itself tenfold by simply putting jobs in their proper alignment.
My clients have saved over 3% of their pay budgets by using gradar to level jobs and target pay more effectively. Gradar allows companies to create a critical job infrastructure that helps attract and retain the best talent.
Inconvénients: I have only had positive feedback on the system. I love to use the system and my clients love it too. The customer support and expertise behind the platform is world class. Gradar is a global tool that can easily be utilized with little training and oversite which makes it ideal for multinational companies.

Gradar ist state of the art!
Commentaires: Job evaluation done easily - it's great seeing this new software on the market as an innovative alternative to many dinosaur systems driven by cohorts of expensive consultants.
Avantages: Innovative & excellent technology, user friendliness, data quality, excellent cost-benefit Ratio, great customer support if needed
Inconvénients: I would need hours and days to find something negative about gradar ... My recommendation: try it out!
