I would not hesitate to recommend both them and their products to anyone looking to improve their security.
Avantages :
Topsec software has proved itself time and time again. Their portal is easy to use and security is second to none.
Inconvénients :
Not had a single problem with any of our installs.

Security of our internal systems are well protected as emails with virus are blocked before entry to the system.
Inconvénients :
Short length of time that an blocked email is held for.

All round great email security service with excellent support team
Avantages :
A great product that offers superior email security and peace of mind. We recommend to all our clients. The support is second to none, if we have a query, it is usually answered and resolved within ten minutes by their support team. All round great product and service.
Inconvénients :
I haven't a thing I could fault about Topsec!

Avantages :
So easy to use, so easy to get support. Its a set it and forget it kind of thing. It doesn't intrude or make more work. It just works really well.
Inconvénients :
The filter for marketing emails was a bit of a nuisance because it worked really well but that wasn't topsecs fault. The issue was the amount of newsletters that users had signed up for and having to differentiate between the ones they wanted and the ones they didnt
