Having cemetery records, burial information, ownership details, and other important information organized in one system makes it much easier to maintain accurate records and retrieve information when needed. one thing we really appreciate about PlotBox is their quick response when help is needed. When we have questions or run into an issue, their support team is responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference in keeping our operations running smoothly. > > **Inconvénients**: It takes some time for new users to become comfortable with all the features and workflows. But once you become familiar with the system, it becomes much easier to navigate and use efficiently. Elles ne sont pas disponibles sur les autres pages du même dossier. Il est donc difficile de les retrouver. Nous avons toujours des mentions « n/a » sur nos anciens articles de prévoyance. Je n'ai pas réussi à les « trouver » dans la section « Frais » pour les corriger. > > Nous sommes dépassés par le chaos qui a entouré notre transition de données. Tous mes bureaux utilisent encore l'ancien système Burrowes… la saisie dans Plotbox est une réflexion après coup. Ils savent qu'ils doivent le faire, mais cela les mène à des impasses à chaque fois qu'essayer de résoudre un problème client entraîne la résolution d'autres problèmes. There do seem to be quite a few bugs within the financial side. The support team has found workarounds for these; however, it does add additional work for the accountant. > > Our overall experience has been very positive. Our daily tasks are smooth and quick, navigating the system is very easy and has a good flow. Our Success Manager is amazing and always willing to help with any of our needs. Cleanup work in our older records is very easy within PBX.
