Some changes in the process are possible only at the cost of "losing" some historical data. For example, you can't move a field from phase A to phase B. You have to recreate it as a new field and delete (or hide) the old one.

The main feature that I like about Pipefy is the ability to do complex things without requiring code, so I can automate a large number of processes that are mostly repetitive and that if this platform did not have an interface where no code is needed It would be totally difficult for me to be able to automate many processes from different platforms that I use in my day-to-day work.It strikes me how well structured their templates are, they have a large number of automations from different platforms ready to use. The best thing about this section is that it can be customized without any problem, so adding more processes to the templates that Pipefy has is easy, even more so when the interface of this platform is super flexible and intuitive to use. This has saved me a lot of work in the automations that I had to do of repetitive processes, I simply selected a template, customized it and everything was on the fly.The processes to build the automations are very complete, it has all the tools to be able to carry out conditional automations, so not everything has a straight path, but depending on the data that this platform receives, certain tasks can be carried out within the automations. With this, it is possible to avoid carrying out similar repetitive tasks, but with different paths, making the workflow much better and in addition to more easily adapting the automations to the changing needs of the different platforms that are used within a professional environment.
It is very frustrating to know that a part of the emails sent through these platforms, some services like Gmail or Outlook send these emails to the Spam folder, I feel that I am doing the best practices so that this does not happen and thus have a good performance in the automations that I do with Pipefy, but it doesn't always go as expected because the emails are marked as Spam, meaning that the recipients never see the emails that I have sent through this platform.Making calculations compared to other platforms, I consider that Pipefy becomes expensive at the end of each billing, making the ROI not so attractive, so the automations end up being a little more expensive than you would think.This platform is ready to carry out simple automations, so if a more advanced automation is required for a greater and more personalized resolution of problems, then it will be necessary to have programming knowledge to be able to handle the appropriate tools such as the APIs of the platforms to which you want to connect to perform automations. It will not be easy, although it is well documented how to work with code within Pipefy, it will require an expert in this field to perform these complex tasks.
Bugs, lack of features
I used to love Pipefy. Now I almost hate it. I was the person who convinced the team to migrate to Pipefy, just to be blocked by major bugs. It did not go well for me. I requested some features; they added me to a 'partnership program'. The partnership program transforms you into a Pipefy salesperson. I had a person to 'take care of me' - this is, request me to make sales, putting pressure on me to sell Pipefy to my customers. It was the worse experience I ever had in a partnership in my professional life. I wanted features, and now I'm a Pipefy salesman?
They advertise features that you can't find. I upgraded it to enterprise, and I didn't get the support they promised, nor the new reports. My rating of this product went from a 10 to a 2 in less than a year.
