Keeper Security
Avis sur Keeper Security
Good value with accessible knowledgeable support
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Review keeper
Avantages :

Great value
Avantages :
A huge security benefit, which we didn't see at the competitor we used before - upon login the 2FA code is asked first, before the password. So brute force attacks are completely useless that way.
Inconvénients :
There are some quirks, but they are not critical. Just inconveniences - for example the Android app doesn't match passwords by subdomain (just by main domain), which works in the desktop browser extension. So for projects/clients that have a lot of apps/tools on the same domain, but different subdomains, the filling function becomes useless.

Very good but room for improvement
Commentaires : The user experience is better than LastPass, but worse than Bitwarden.
Avantages :
One-time sharing feature very useful Sharing folders with teams and adjusting permissions works very well Great audit statistics Relatively good user interface and user experience
Inconvénients :
Browser extension quite cramped and no way to expand No keyboard shortcut to fill matching credentials (Bitwarden has cmd+shift+L) No option to set how a website URL is matched (Bitwarden has several options) Autofill button injected into form fields often difficult or impossible to click, depending on the website's design
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Customisable but pricey
Commentaires : Friendly staff and well informed of the product offerings.
Avantages :
The features are quite customisable and enable an organisation like ours to work within a specific requirements of operation.
Inconvénients :
The price is not competitive and unaffordable for our NGO. The API is an additional cost. We may need to leave Keeper purley on the grounds of cost.

Good solution for my small business
Avantages :
User friendliness and ability to share passwords
Inconvénients :
Set-up was time consuming, mostly because I didn't understand how. At first, I felt like I had to become an expert in your product in order to be successful, which I don't think should be necessary. I would have liked to have a 10 minute call with someone that could tell me exactly what to do or do it for me. I don't recall that being an option.
Cyber Security Manager
Avantages :
The security features are top notch. I don't worry about the data in the platform.
Inconvénients :
The admin console is a bit clunky. It's getting better, but it's not the most intuitive.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Stay away. Over promise and under delivery.
Commentaires : Very very bad. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
Avantages :
Enterprise features. Also the paradigm of password ownership, even when shared with others.
Inconvénients :
Charged renewal even after telling sales that we did not want to renew (no option to cancel online). Did not keep the promised price after we migrated from competitor. No one liked to use their apps
Keeper is perfect
Avantages :
Easy to use and easy to implement, Good functions
Inconvénients :
Nothing to say about, we found nothing negative
Keeper is great for individual or group use
Commentaires : Keeper is the best. I like the interface a lot and I am probably going to keep using it for a while.
Avantages :
Keeper is the first password manager I've used and likely will be the last. I like being able to organize strong passwords and share them securely
Inconvénients :
It can be difficult to authorize additional devices for a web vault
Satisified User
Commentaires : been using it for 8+ years and it is a good value
Avantages :
fairly simple UI, mobile app, reasonable support and service
Inconvénients :
integration in browsers can be fairly wonky especially when the sites have separated authentication with application
Perfect Software for Password Management
Commentaires : Perfect for sharing accounts with colleagues, and is perfect for all other passwords
Avantages :
Very easy to use, reliable and swift also
Inconvénients :
Master password, perhaps you can work in biometrics on personal devices like authenticator?
Keeper for all passwords
Commentaires : We used this for all customer passwords so the engineers who needs to have access to the customer passwords get access based on Azure Groups, it's always safe with them!
Avantages :
Browser plugin is very easy, app on Windows is also very easy to use. Good quality, good price, Azure integration, MFA based on SSO with Office 365, secure data storage
Inconvénients :
Nothing, it works fine for us and we save all password in it
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Good value but not exceptional
Commentaires : I have no reason to doubt Keeper from a security point of view, and it's serviceable from a usability point of view, so it's okay overall. For it to become a truly exceptional tool, it would need to add the missing features that competitors have and tweak the UI a bit so that it's a bit more modern. (Like, can we get rid of the "Encryption Enabled" message? It's silly to think a password manager wouldn't use encryption in this day and age.)
Avantages :
Keeper is reasonably priced compared to the competitors we considered. Unlike virtually all SaaS vendors, they publish detailed release notes for all of their component products, which is *super* nice. (I just wish they included RSS feeds with those release notes so I didn't have to make my own...) Keeper is compatible with many different platforms, including Linux (Keeper desktop) and Safari (Keeper browser extension). A lot of competitors couldn't give a whit about products like Linux and Safari.
Inconvénients :
It's been years since we signed up with Keeper, but it still has some fairly basic limitations that it needs to overcome. For instance, in shared folders, it'd be nice to have separate sharing settings for subfolders. The UI as a whole is just not as refined as something like 1Password.
Highly Recommend Keeper Security
Avantages :
Being able to edit passwords; being able to choose password lengths and complexities. I like the different record types--i.e. passwords versus credit card data.
Inconvénients :
Price / per user cost. The complexity of recovering the admin password--I understand it, but it's complicated.
Not going to worry now
Commentaires : After a scary experience where I thought I’d lost all my online data I discovered Keeper Security as a cloud based system to give me a back up
Avantages :
So easy to use and gives me confidence that I won’t lose key info
Inconvénients :
Not found anything that I don’t like yet!
Keeper is well developed for our needs
Commentaires : I feel much better about my team not having passwords on paper sitting on their desk. It has worked well for most of the team.
Avantages :
I can add new passwords to my vault from my phone or my computer or my tablet and it is synced between all devices.
Inconvénients :
I really enjoy the autofill feature, but it is frustrating when it does not work, which happens mostly on my phone, but sometimes on my computer.
Jayson's Review
Commentaires : Good overall
Avantages :
It is a secure place to manage all of our users passwords
Inconvénients :
Quirky issues because of the wide range of websites and places it is used
Review of Keeper
Commentaires : It's ok. The website address doesn't always work properly and sometimes it's pounding your browser asking if you want to use a password that's wrong. Very annoying
Avantages :
It's ok to use. Usability can be cumbersome.
Inconvénients :
Support. I've reached out to sales many times to get a quote for the SSO version that syncs with AAD. Buying this upgrade seems next to impossible for some reason. I don't really need a quote.
Keeper Security - Fantastic Sensitive Information Storage
Commentaires : I think Keeper Security is a great password and information management program and it's a great value for the price that it is. I was able to rest a little easier at night knowing that Keeper Security had my back when it came to my online information.
Avantages :
I love that it wasn't super overwhelming for a first-timer when I first purchased a subscription. They made it easy to welcome me into the world of password management, especially when I didn't know what to expect. For the first time, I knew what it felt like to not have to worry about my information getting hacked into or leaked out and sold on the dark web.
Inconvénients :
I never found one thing that I disliked about the software. They made it extremely easy to be able to relax online knowing that my information was secure.
Keeper Security
Avantages :
i love that this program will save all my passwords and stuff for me. i have so many that i need to reme, ber and this helps.
Inconvénients :
some times it doesnt always re save my passwords and wish it can update it once i change them
Best money a small business can spend
Commentaires : I consider Keeper the first and best weapon in our cybersecurity strategy. As a small business with remote employees, we rely on the product daily to manage access to myriad systems. This platform allows me oversight and easy adoption, while providing all of the features I would expect from a top shelf security product.
Avantages :
We have found Keeper to be an easy and effective way for us to manage our company's password standards and security. Easy to share records with employees and generate passwords and eliminate reuse. I also love the zero-knowledge platform - our employees feel comfortable knowing they can use if for their personal passwords also, which helped with adoption.
Inconvénients :
Some of the browser extensions were a bit buggy in the beginning but they have been sorted out. The same with the new iPhone app. Nothing huge and all were corrected within an appropriate amount of time.

Trusty Password Management for a Reasonable Price
Commentaires : I am still getting used to Keeper. I would say, on the whole I am satisfied with the purchase. There are some things that I either need to learn to use better or that may not work as advertised.
Avantages :
I like that I can maintain multiple credentials in a single location and that browser extensions are available for most browsers. I also like that for a single record, it is possible to enter multiple urls where the credential might be required.
Inconvénients :
As mentioned, it is not uncommon for me to create or update a record in my Keeper vault only to find that the browser extensions have not synchronized. This can result in account lockouts if the auto-fill function is enabled for the url. The update password functionality does not work as desired/expected which means I mostly switch back and forth between Keeper and the current browser tab to take care of things. Also, the browser extension does not always recognize when there is an existing record for the site being updated which can be a bit confusing at times.
Simple, Elegant Password Management that I have used for 2+ years
Commentaires : I have used the app for over two years and have found it to be a time-efficient and safe way to store my passwords for ALL my online accounts. I also store other important information on there (like SS # etc)
Avantages :
Browser App Extension allows you to have passwords automatically entered. Such a time saver Seamless integration and syncing between devices I guess we have no way of knowing if the App is REALLY safe but if you goto keeper.com they have extensive documentation on how they encrypt and store your data, their security disclosure and their certifications. I guess if you're really worried you should store your passwords under your mattress at home.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the Browser App Extension Popup does not bring up the correct login. An example of this occurs when you are on an ecommerce site and taken to a 3rd party payment site (ie Paypal Popup) but you retain the shops URL. As Keeper does URL matching to determine what password to retrieve this can be an issue...you need to open the Vault interface and get your paypal password. A way to select what username/password combo from the popup dialog would make things easier.
Keeping your information safe!
Commentaires : I really love the product and I recommend this to my colleagues. I even helped in the implementation of this application company-wide. Before, we were using it for the management level, but now, it is now used in all levels promoting data security and protecting client's data by providing masked logins to operation staff.
Avantages :
I love that it has the ability to set the access of a user and apply privacy screen. I also love the Breachwatch function that alerts us if there are passwords that are weak and those that need updating.
Inconvénients :
It's not that I like it least but I would love it if it's cheaper so it's available to anyone. Pricing.
