Contact to Contract: WeSuites is the perfect fit.

Commentaires : From the beginning there were important items we considered when looking at sales oriented software, such as prospecting data captured, ease of estimating, and integration with Sedona, paperless and overall consistency with our sales presentations and product pricing and delivery. WeSuites seem to be the perfect fit.
The staff of WeSuites has been wonderful from the beginning. The conversion has been stressful and time-consuming as with any major software integration, but the patience of their staff has been exceptional and is making the process enjoyable. The only real frustration I feel is in hindsight, looking at the how inefficient and lacking our process was before WeSuites.
We are looking forward to the next phase of our conversion, particularly the evolution of our sales process with the Quote Anywhere product and e-signing documentation.

WeSuite has really helped us to improve our business practices!

Commentaires : We began using We Suite in 2013. Prior to that we did not have a true check and balance to our sales process. We also had a very manual process in place from start to finish of the process.

Since the implementation of We Suite, we have made many strides in improving the sales process, not only at the business level, but at the field/sales rep level.

At the sales rep level, the reps are now able to find their customer, create a quotation, generate that quotation via email to a client, generate the contract and process the order via one tool, which has significantly streamlined how they operated previously.

At the business level, We Suite/We Opportunity gives us very clear insight into their funnel and appointment activity. It also allows us to manage the pricing that they are able dictate to the market and force approvals with certain thresholds, something that was an extremely manual process previously. This is extremely helpful to me to be able to manage the funnel and the sales prices of items with a keystroke and require approvals where deals don't pass the "smell" test, improving our profitability and insight into the day to day of our sales reps.

Working closely with the We Suite team has been very beneficial on creating reports and utilizing the system to its full functionality. Funnel management, cost control and automation were a wish for many years at the business level. They are now a daily reality and great help to us in improving the business.

WeSuite's has a great staff of professional's which are available, responsive and positive.

Commentaires : Pros: this software allows us to quickly run a report to keep track our goals vs. sales on both an individual and sales team basis. The historical data allows us to create closing ratios, accurate sales quotas, trend analysis by quarter and market. We use their reports to evaluate each sales representative's current performance and track our sales team year-to-date goals vs installation and RMR sales. Cons: the current process to create closing ratios per sales rep. is extensive. We have needs for additional reports which will allow us to track "key performance indicators" (KPI) for each sales rep. This is currently a manual calculation via each sales reps. URG. We also need to improve our data collection of our top 50 accounts. We need away to track all communication (phone calls, proposal sent, site visits, etc.) within WeEstimates and not on a seperate WeOpprotunity,

Friendly, Helpful Staff Supporting A Wonderful Product!

Commentaires : Do NOT let the implementation process discourage or intimidate you! It does take some time to configure your packages, users, documents, etc., but the WeSuite staff is very supportive and is there assisting you through every step of the process. It is all worth it in the end! Our entire staff- from management, to billing, to sales, to customer service - loves the features and capabilities of the software. The contact and lead management software allows us to monitoring and maintain complete transparency of our remote/field sales representatives and the integration with our accounting software streamlines processes and creates efficiencies that we only dreamed of prior to our implementation of WeSuite! WeSuite is so much more than just a software to us, it is a partnership -- one that we are excited to grow, expand, and prosper with!

Great product

Commentaires : Overall it's a great product. It works with our business software and gives us great contracts and information. It is easy to use. For routine sales everything moves quickly and we produce a very nice contract. There is room for all the information we need. What could improve is the flexibility. We need to have something other than Crystal Reports to be able to create those special contracts that just need to be different. Also, after using it for several years, we need to be able to inactivate customers and/or sites that get in the way of our lists for large customers. Because we have the capability, I'd love to be able to do some reports without having to have everything written for us. I would NEVER ask to change the database - just to access it a little easier. :-) Everyone at weSuite is the best! Always very friendly. Obviously very busy.

Karen, Thank you so much for your kind review. Many of our Customers love that Contracts are automatically stored, any revisions are kept, templates are easy to set and have in place, company branding is consistent, and best of all Customers love how much time our Contracts have saved them as compared to their old manual process. We certainly understand the need for flexibility when it comes to Special Contracts. Actually, our Development Team is currently looking into improving functionality and usability.
