Avantages :

Nutshell est un outil qui permet le développement des groupes de vente. Il y a pas de complication pour son installation. Ce logiciel facilite la gestion simple des clients.

Inconvénients :

La prise de main est souvent difficile pour un débutant et ces fonctions semblent parfois limitées.

Avantages :

It is an excellent platform to have a perfect follow-up of sales and manage each client, with marketing through email it has been a total success, it is a good alternative to offer services without much effort. You can also have well-updated information with a database in which the entire marketing team can interact

I have been very fortunate that no type of function has ever failed me, I have always done well with its system

Commentaires : This is used to track our quotes and hase been helpful on stopping quotes from slipping through the cracks.

Avantages :

This was an easy to implement software for those who have never used a CRM in the past. User friendly for basic functionality.

Inconvénients :

I would like to see more ability to keep lead information separated. There are many leads that have the same companies and people but are not relevant to one another, and unfortunately it all gets lumped together.

Commentaires : We are in early stages of leveraging Nutshell to its fullest but knowing that our needs were unique the migration process from Salesforce was critical to our adoption. The Nutshell team made this a fairly smooth transition and were there to assist at every step along the way. They have a success team assigned to their clients which is extremely important.

Avantages :

Nutshell is very intuitive. Having migrated from Salesforce, it is nice to see that we can report on basic business metrics with a few clicks rather than requiring a degree in Information Technology to get to the same information. There are also some power user types of features that you only see in some of the enterprise solutions out there. That is an incredible advantage for a small to medium size organization.

Inconvénients :

This is not a con for us at the moment but you will most likely give up the ability to completely customize your CRM for the features and benefits that cover nearly everything that most small to medium size organizations require.

Commentaires : Nutshell has been so much easier to integrate than other sales/crm platforms I’ve used in the past. The team at Nutshell are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever our team has had questions. It’s a great value!

Avantages :

It has a great interface, is very user friendly, and the price is right.

Inconvénients :

It lacks some functionality with forms, drip campaigns, and merge tags and is not as customizable for exactly what I need, so I’ve had to use some workarounds.

Avantages :

The simplicity of Nutshell is what makes it a great tool. Also, the automated reminders are a great feature for our sales team.

The map feature is not 100% accurate but has improved over our time with Nutshell.

Avantages :

It typically includes fields for data I normally search for and has the capability for customized data fields. Most of the activities are intuitive.

Inconvénients :

A lot of the marketing functions are less than intuitive.

Commentaires : I use it daily to log information about clients, and our projects. It allows us to communicate with the team about the status of the projects.

Avantages :

That it can store so much information! I love the tagging feature because we are able to pull up so much information later on.

Inconvénients :

I feel like they update a lot which makes navigating the interface difficult at times.

Commentaires : Overall please with Nutshell and have been using it for nearly 10 years. Customer service as always been responsive and open to feedback and we've seen upgrades throughout the years based on feedback provided. Overall we are pleased.

Avantages :

Its ability to review people and companies for possible duplicates. Ability for tasks and action steps as 2 different items to keep track of what needs to be done by when. Tagging others and notifying them of question or next step.

Inconvénients :

The app is no where near as efficient and easy to maneuver as the website and just as easy to open up a browser on the phone instead of utilizing the app. If a lead gets to be too long, it can bog down and make Nutshell non-responsive at time when in that lead. When assigning multiple tasks back to back, despite the time showing the same time as previous task, it will save as a defaulted 5pm forcing to go back and edit.

Easy, Convenient but Some Paint Points

Avantages :

I like that Nutshell is straightforward to build. As an admin, it's easy to set up the pipelines, add users, and the interface is easy to follow. Some of its capabilities are very helpful, such as tasks/automatic tasks, automatic emails, email integration, RingCentral integration, etc. The fact they track audience engagements is also helpful to get a feel for the audiences. There are some limitations, of course, but it's possible to use it well based on the lower price point than other competitors.

Inconvénients :

The features are sometimes limiting. They intend to be helpful but actually cause more work. For example, I dislike how you can't choose a certain date for an automatic task but rather have to delay it by X amount of business days—it becomes such a pain. I also dislike the same feature for the automatic emails, it becomes a pain point. The pipelines are good to use but have a limit on how many steps can be created as well, which is also limiting. I also dislike how you can't use the same trigger in different stages of a pipeline—this can be so unhelpful at times. Lastly, there's something very off with the AI used to identify duplicates. Sometimes the suggestions are close to each other but sometimes they're VERY unrelated and it keeps getting flagged as a duplicate.

Avantages :

Nutshell is very intuitive to use. Highly customizable to your particular needs and endless amounts of possibility to categorize and document.

Inconvénients :

There are a few features that are not available in terms of sending mass emails. However, they are very helpful finding work arounds and often take input and upgrade their systems.

I like that we have separate lists, tags and filters to have our contact database saved. Each list serves a different purpose and they don't overlap

The variety of tools and integrations offered were useful and allowed our team to solve many challenges in different ways while helping us to ensure our data was all in one place

Inconvénients :

Very challenging to use, and seemed non-intuitive to me. It took me a long time to figure certain things out, and support did the best they could. Other team members either found it easier or harder than I did.

Advantages of Using Nutshell CRM

Nutshell allows you to centralize and organize your customer and prospect data, making it easy to access important information about your contacts, such as their communication history, interactions, and preferences.

Inconvénients :

Data input - the at one time you were able to automatically input Realtor addresses after initial input of their office address.

Commentaires : We evaluated seven different CRM's with Nutshell being the last. It was immediate in knowing that Nutshell stood heads and tails above the rest and was a perfect fit for our needs. Ease of use. User interface and the functionality. The feature set is perfect for our needs. The application is WELL thought out.

Nothing so far. We have been using it for about 5 months now and have not come into a situation that we wished it had a certain feature.

Cannot imagine a better or more cost effective product for our needs

Commentaires : NS is critical to our a) Sales management, b) Project management, c) Marketing. We have not tried competitive software, but it's hard to imagine a package better suited to our needs.

Avantages :

1) Email marketing capabilities added in the past couple of year have been a game changer for us. 2) Ability to track leads as they turn into projects and are completed - NS is the one tool we use for this, daily. 3) Contact import, export, and bulk editing.

Inconvénients :

Copying emails into Nutshell and assuring they are attached to the correct Lead, and only to the correct Lead, is a pain in the neck. Having to insert "Lead-xxxx" into the subject line is the issue. We do not want our clients to see the word "Lead".
