Simplistic Approach to a Complex Award

Avantages :

Integrates Seamlessly with MYOB and the Registered Clubs Award. Easy to use and reduces time spent on pushing paperwork.

Inconvénients :

In my experience, still needs some key features, such as rostered higher duties, split shifts display as multiple shifts instead of a single shift with multiple roles/teams. Working Days for Staff, so the system can identify when they are normally working and what days staff normally have off, also the number of hours staff are agreed to work each day.

Avantages :

Functional, very easy to use. For many of our staff English is a second language, they find the system very straight forward to onboard and utilise to log their unavailability and clock on and off.

Inconvénients :

More indepth tailored hour costing reports would be great.

Slow to update

Commentaires : Customer support has been good and for what we pay, I cannot complain

Avantages :

I like the ease of having staff sign in with a code and being able to track time and use for payroll. Also like a place to keep staff files electronically with the warning on expiries.

Inconvénients :

It often doesn't update staff sign in on the day. Sometimes yes, sometimes its not until the next day that it shows a staff signing in or out or at all for either. Its very slow to update. It was set on a two week pay period as I was told I have to pay for more the option of bi-monthly and I saw no value in this for one feature. I now have it without the pay increase after almost 2 years.

Employee Rostering and Time Managemetn

Avantages :

The most I like above Tanda that it is very easy to roster staff, reschedule due to unavailabilty and the time clocking which helps to track staff attendance , which reflects not on their pay cheque but also on performance management

Inconvénients :

At times we do have issues with the clocking system as well as the roster shows it is published but on the staff app it shows that the staff is not rostered. This has caused some issues trying to find some one at the last moment

Avantages :

Rostering and timesheets has saved us a lot of time using manual spreadsheets and timesheets and is more accurate. Also assists us in costing our labour

Inconvénients :

Data sometimes imports into our payroll software incorrectly, need to make manual changes

A good starting point

Commentaires : Tanda has been a vast improvement for our business and has sped up our payroll processes, created better accountability and viasability. I am excited to see the platform improve.

Avantages :

The Awards team assisting me build the award rules the notifications for expired qualifications

Inconvénients :

The reports function is not customisable. I don't have any use for the reports Tanda has but I do export the data in the system and build my own reports. I would like a leave liability by team or business area report. A longest hours worked report. I have been promise GPS time punches for a while now and am yet to see any progress made, this is an imperative function for my business. i would like the ability to edit the award interpretation before exporting. Currently i export to excel as our Payroll provider is not integrated. So i can manually change what i need to, but then Tanda is different to what was actually paid. I would like the ability to edit in in Tanda so that everything is current, correct and aligned.

Great Value For Maoney

Avantages :

TANDA has tons of great features and support is fantastic. Several of the features I'd requested were implemented quickly which shows the effort going into continual improvement

Inconvénients :

the reporting is limited to what comes in the box. It would be good to be able to export our data to use in a BI tool like Tableau

Innovative, effective with great support

Commentaires : This is efficient, innovative, time saving software. Keeps staff on time and accountable. Very user friendly. The team at TANDA are very responsive, helpful and always listen to the customer. I have been very impressed with it and the company who own and run it. I have recommended it over and over and no-one I know has been disappointed.

Avantages :

Tanda makes managing staff very simple, excellent graphs to indicate rostering, easy to enter leave, directly imports into MYOB for payroll. Constantly being updated by the enthusiastic staff to keep up to date with requirements in the workforce.

Inconvénients :

No cons really, would like a better way to indicate when staff take leave and they have no entitlements.

Makes more easy on Office work, can save time.

Avantages :

Easily can catch up anytime anywhere. While out of work we can able to find out the roster, meanwhile time we are able to access inside can be changes in advance.

Inconvénients :

Mostly like about update Roster & Working Pattern with budgeting. While operating in work, makes show the history of last week and can be forecasts of upcoming weeks and be on safe side not to be take some decisions on the spots.

Tanda has made my life easier!

Avantages :

I like the ease of use, we have had a few hiccups along the way, which is expected, but I find the whole program easy to use and saves paper rosters.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't clock breaks, but Tanda have added that feature now.

Well worth the money spent

Commentaires : We have saved a lot of time and money and now work with a much higher level of accuracy in payroll.

Avantages :

This software is easy to use reliable and does everything you need.

Inconvénients :

There really isn’t much but I wish it was easier to integrate multi sites

Sales promise the world and delivery does not match - do not expect help with set-up and support

Commentaires : Sales tell you one thing and the reality was different. No training, no checklists for set-up, hard to get support, they send you down rabbit holes and don't really trouble shoot.

Avantages :

When working it allows staff to log-on and off.

Inconvénients :

Training and support, particularly around set-up. Tanda staff were just not available and once the product was sold were not interested. After 6 months the integration with Xero is still not working. I use Tanda elsewhere and have integrated with Xero, so I know it works. We think there is something wrong with the set-up, but cannot get any help. Tanda are hard to reach and their trouble shooting guides are inaccurate and describe functionality/options that don't exist.

Tanda is intuitive to use and is front and center in the management of our business. Any time we have questions they are handled promptly and fully. I cannot recommend Tanda highly enough,

Commentaires : Tanda provides a great platform to be able to streamline rostering, payroll and employee onboarding. This ensures we minimise payroll errors, it provides visibility for employees and ensures we are compliant with employment laws around Award Interpretation.

Avantages :

Tanda provides peace of mind that employees are being paid correctly through Award Interpretation. The new on-boarding functionality streamlines the paperwork around employee new staff saving valuable time.

Inconvénients :

There is room for improvement in the area of different levels of access to line managers to not be able to see rates above them and only below.

Commentaires : Tanda has streamlined the process of rostering staff from different departments. It also ensures that all team member receive their roster promptly both via SMS and email.

Avantages :

Tanda allows me to budget and tweak roster to ensure that I maximize the staff while minimizing wages. Staff can place their Uni timetable or N/A into Tanda well in advance which has reduced swapping of shifts or no shows of staff. It is great that it is continually evolving and improving.

Inconvénients :

That I cannot see multiple future staff NA for same day until I am making that roster

Commentaires : I am solving the issue of staff arriving late for their shift with Tanda - what gets clocked is what gets paid so there is a big i captive for them to be on time.

Avantages :

I love that my staff can enter leave requests direct into tanda which once approve show up on my roster each week. My staff love that they get a text each week and can easily see their rostered shifts

Inconvénients :

I have not found any cons with this software

Avantages :

Effective for rostering allows us to check staffing across the entire company at glance. The electronic time cards are also a great tool.

Inconvénients :

Still not integrated with Veterinary Award . without the integration it is difficult to combine with payroll. Once integrated we will save a lot of time and money.

Saves time and money, a much more accurate time record than manual time sheets. Keeps the staff honest!

Inconvénients :

The occasional hiccup when a staff member takes a break after midnight and the system tries to carry the shift to the next day.

Made rosters very easy for all staff

Avantages :

How easy it is to use and that it tells me up to date budget. Easy for staff to ask for leave. No matter where you are you can see the roster

Inconvénients :

That you can not block out busy times so staff can not ask for leave. This then makes it hard to tell staff that they can not be on leave then. The APP is still confusing when I look at rosters it comes up with the most recently done roster not current roster

So straightforward to use - intuitive interface and incredibly helpful customer support!

Avantages :

How easy it is to use. Everything works exactly as it should do, and it takes no time at all to go in and sort timesheets or check who is in the office. I love that it takes pics when you use the clocking-in tablet so you can be extra certain that people don't check in on someone else's behalf.

Inconvénients :

It is definitely more suited to people who work shifts. It would be fab if there was an option when you set up a user to select either 'shift' or 'set hours' and then just put their hours in right from the start. It would also be great if you could download all of the photos that are taken, as we really wanted to turn these into a video at the end of the year :)

Our employee's find this system a lot easier to use when clocking in and out. And the ability to send employee's text messages is great.

Inconvénients :

Processing the time sheets is a little confusing, especially if employee has taken the day off. Also when you add in annual leave - it keeps the employee's shift. You need to go the roster and delete the shift ??

Does everything we need it to do, and if it somehow doesn't do it, they will make a plan to fix it.

Inconvénients :

Struggles to deal with large sets of data. Becomes very slow and extremely unresponsive
