First it does want it is supposed to do. Easy access and easy to use. My staff never has any problems in using this service
Inconvénients :
I haven't had any problems with this software. Plug it in and you are ready to go. I can't give any negative responses.

PDC does two jobs and does them well
Commentaires : We needed something that combined invoicing/credit card payment with a contract/agreement all in one place (rather than using Quickbooks or something else for invoicing and a separate contract). By combining those two into one document, our customers pay faster and I have fewer things to track.
Avantages :
Heather and Lucy worked with us directly to create the right flow and document for our business. They were also super responsive when we had questions.
Inconvénients :
Once I got the hang of it, nothing to dislike.

Limited I need to become better aquainted with it at first a little confusing
Commentaires : Since I am new, I need to get more familiar with this. One thing I notice is I would like more flexibility with the form when some one is filling it out for our donation tab. there needs to be a drop down menu for options of explanation on donations. When the results are sent to us its very general and makes us have to research it.

Commentaires : Nothing but a positive experience. From the initial sales meeting through set up, and finally with implementation.
Avantages :
Ease of use makes training simple. The Company is responsive to issues and questions.
Inconvénients :
The reporting needs additional means to search through and ability to add fields or columns to reports.

Commentaires : It has been a very helpful tool and PDC is making improvements that are designed to make receiving payments more efficiently
Avantages :
Ease of access and ability to do varied searches.
Inconvénients :
Locating reasons for rejected payments. Especially notices on failed ACH payments - or lack thereof.
