It is incredibly easy to setup, a breeze to learn and a pleasure to use.

Commentaires : Has been a godsend since choosing this platform to roll out across my Despatch Department. It has taken what I used to spend one day doing and turned it into a 5 minute task. My business has also enjoyed the fact that they can now see every order out for delivery on a specific day, where as previously, they would have to call me and I would call a driver and then relay that information back to them. Customer notifications has also been a godsend. I now only have to deal with one or two calls per day, where I would previously spend approximately half a day talking to customers. The value for money and customer support have been second to none. I can't recommend this product highly enough.

Inconvénients :
If I had to rate something down, it would be that the new Routific (Beta) reoptimizes. already optimized routes when dropping a new order on to a route.

Commentaires : Intuitive and easy to use for the most part. Getting the route to go in the direction I want from week to week is a little challanging, maybe a feature where you can select from a map areas in order of priority of delivery

Automating the process has made a massive improvement in my business - tedious manual management of routing is long a thing of the past

The text template has been a bit challenging to work with. I understand that the regulatory process around automated texting is challenging and varies from state to state but it's an issue when customers are not getting a text that is recognizably from my business
Good system, well designed, but too pricey if I only need for 1 driver.

How quick it puts the routes together and that you can select different options. And the customer service.
Inconvénients :
I was very disappointed to know that to retrieve my driver notes and places she stops, I had to pay an additional fee.

It's true that in order to track your drivers and collect notes, you need to subscribe to our live tracking feature. I'm sorry if this wasn't clearly communicated to you before signing up.

Commentaires : I operate a unique dog hiking business with a rather unconventional setup. Each day, my team of 5 members begins their shifts from home, picking up 6 dogs each. They go on a 1.5-hour off-leash hike with these dogs, and drop them off back home after that, at the same time that they pick up another set of dogs for another 1.5-hour hike. Finally, they return the dogs and head back home themselves. This operation, involving all 5 team members, entails approximately 120 stops daily over 8 hours. It demands highly reliable software because efficient routing and accurate scheduling are crucial. This isn't just about preventing financial losses due to inefficiencies; it's also about providing clients with real-time ETA updates—a game-changer for customer satisfaction. We no longer receive constant calls from our almost 400 clients every few minutes asking about our arrival time. Instead, they're often waiting at their homes with their dogs, ready for the hike—resulting in happier clients, saved pickup time, and minimized distractions. Thanks to the flexibility of the system, I've managed to streamline the process by integrating pickup and drop-off times and adding 1.5-hour stops in the middle. Now, I export bookings from SimplyBook, make minor adjustments (like aligning SimplyBook and Routific times), and import them into Routific. The software then optimizes the entire route for our 5-person team, ensuring all dogs are efficiently transported to and from their designated locations and with the correct dog hiker. It's undoubtedly the best decision I've made, especially after struggling with other less effective software solutions. Ah, and the customer support is amazing.

The driver can't change the route but this is not a big deal for me.
