I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price. > > **Inconvénients**: Chirospring 360 seems to have tried to go to far too soon... once we were actually using it, it was way too many steps to do the simplest of things. Providers hated the notes... there were too many options and trying to create or customize your own was very time consuming. Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all... SO MANY STEPS\! Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it\! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out\! Not today\! > > Chirospring Desktop has been, overall, good to use as a practice mngt system. customer service can be slow and it bogs down and kicks you out frequently\!\!\!
