Commentaires : The Pulseway Team will work hard with you to get you up and running, the agent is light, deployment is straightforward and easy. Virtually all the tools you might need are there. It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good. The Pulseway Help site: https://www.pulseway.com/resource-centre is a good resource.
Overall for the price, Pulseway is an exceptional value.

Avantages :

What I like about Pulseway is that it is easy to use. When you open the console and go to a machine, you can plainly see all the options available to push software, execute DOS or PowerShell commands, send a message to the user, remotely control the PC, scope its hardware, check what software is installed. Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option. Webroot is light and fast and does the job. Our users never complain that our anti-virus software is causing their systems to slowdown or become un-useable. Oh and the Pulseway mobile app is revolutionary!

Inconvénients :

One feature that we have some issues with is the is integration between Pulseway and Webroot. When it works it works great, but here and there on a few systems the PC, Pulseway, and Webroot don't agree as to whether Webroot is installed or not. The fix to this is to do a comprehensive manual cleanup/uninstall and try again. Tech support could be more responsive. I miss the old days when you could call and get help for almost any product, but that's not the norm anymore. Once you get hooked up with a Pulseway technician, they will work with you to resolve your issue.

Powerful and Mobile friendly

Commentaires : I am very happy with Pulseway, it's easy to use & very powerful. Whether I am in the office on my laptop, or on the road with my mobile phone, I know Pulseway will keep me informed of any serious errors and alerts. I can diagnose problems on the fly with Pulseway, I can remedy problems using Pulseway, and I have a number of Automations setup with help with my daily tasks. I'm so pleased with Pulseway, I have begun overhauling my software stack to include additional products from the Pulseway family (eg I've migrated from Veeam/Backup Exec to Unitrends Appliances. I've migrated from Sophos, to Datto EDR/AV. I've rolled out Bullphish for our staff. etc). Having a single single vendor with a large ecosystem of very solid products is great. I really enjoy how all of the Pulseway products

Avantages :

I like how Pulseway is constantly being developed with new features and improvements. Every product update brings something new to the platform, which is great to see.

Inconvénients :

I would like to see more product documentation, and downloadable examples of Pulseway automations/scripts.

Excellent product with great customer service

Commentaires : From the onboarding on day 1 it has been a really positive experience with good support and backed by excellent customer service and constant improvements to the platform. The endpoint client is simple to setup, the web client is easy to use and allows a lot of fine-grained control and it also provides a lot of peace of mind.

Avantages :

Pulseway has given us a really big boost to visibility and issues on our network as well as the power to control both Windows and 3rd party software issues. They also integrate a wide range of products and services which gives us a broad marketplace to choose new IT services from and have them integrate directly into the management platform.

Inconvénients :

Being entirely cloud-based there's a bit of a limit to the usefulness of it as an internal diagnostic tool. Although it's capable of a huge amount it's no help when the internet goes out for example.

Pulseway for the Win

Commentaires : Positive - these people seem to genuinely care about delivering a product that not only works, but is easy to implement and manage. I also like the simplified licensing.

Avantages :

Easy to implement, easy to manage. Simplified license module, cost effective. Great support.

Missing some functionality at the moment on the network monitoring side.

Best RMM for small MSP's

Commentaires : For a small MSP like me it offers everything i need to monitor and remotely support the systems i manage. The mobile app is definitly a huge factor. Also my account manager is regularly in touch which is nice (this was not alwas the case). The lack of integrations will make it more difficultto manage if the amount of systems grow but then again pricing is very fair, and did i mention they have a mobile app to manage your systems?

Avantages :

Pulseway makes it possible for me to monitor systems on the go. With the app I can preform most of the basic troubleshooting steps, even remote into the system. With the 3PP add-on i can update the OS and 3PP apps. For a small MSP like me its more then sufficient. I have tried Datto this year but renewed my contract with Pulseway in end.

Inconvénients :

You have less posibilities then a solution like Datto and support is not always as good as it should be. I also use Pulseway PSA which is a great tool but there are not a lot of 3rd party vendors that have integrations with Pulseway. Also the need for having a contract for everything is a bit annoying. I get it for backup, PSA and RMM but when i want to get a couple of SAT licenses contracts are a bit of a hassle.

Pulseway for the WIN!

Commentaires : Overall support and services and all things Pulseway work very well. I've not had issues and they are continuing to release new and improved features regularly which do benefit the MSP space.

Avantages :

I like the support and integrations and the ability to also do automations.

Inconvénients :

I locked my account out once and it took a few days to regain full access.

Commentaires : I've used Pulseway for about 8-9 years, primarily to Monitor and Patch server, overall it easy to use and easy to setup.
The Pulseway support is also quick to help in case you need them.

Avantages :

Being the responsible person if an outage happens, having the Pulseway mobile application is perfect and makes the monitoring really easy.

Fairly OK mid-range solution

Commentaires : It worked well for a time, however we did switch to an alternate product.

Very friendly GUI, easy to learn and to instruct others.

Inconvénients :

Lacks a lot of features present in other RMM solutions, pricing is fairly steep too when considering this.

Commentaires : Very pleased. I have grown with Pulseway, its good to see that Pulseway continues to push for new features and functionality whilst retaining the core competencies which brought Pulseway to my attention during my initial research.

Avantages :

It's affordable, easy to scale and has been reliable for the past 6 years that I've managed it. Over time new features have been incporated that have been valuable to our organisation.

Inconvénients :

The integration between RMM and PSA could be more streamlined. Remote control of Linux systems would be valuable.

Top of the art Remote control and advanced notifications

Commentaires : Market leading in follow-ups.
Software it state of the art, gets frequent updates and by and chance there is a bug it gets resolved quickly.

Avantages :

Notifications on different computer events. Remote control - and the secure way it works. Control a server/computer without logging into the GUI. Windows updates etc.

Inconvénients :

The lowest license count on a business account is pretty high.

Pulseway Pros and Cons

Commentaires : Very good, support and training is exceptional.

Avantages :

Functionality is the main reason, it just does what I need it to do. Relatively easy to configure and maintain.

Inconvénients :

A little costly, be good if some modules could be removed, ie many server related modules are not needed with the growing use of cloud apps.

Powerful RMM software

Commentaires : Overall happy with Pulseway it does everything we need it to do, deploy anti-virus software, patch management etc.. It is really handy having the ability to run Powershell scripts without disturbing the end user. Sometimes I have been able to resolve issues without even remoting in by just running a PS script in the background. I'll be interested to try out the Android MDM once it's implemented, currently only works for Apple

Avantages :

It's easy to use and just works, I have had minimal issues and where there has been issues support has been responsive in resolving the issues.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the remote-control software bugs out/clunky but it has gotten better in some aspects since we've been using Pulseway e.g. It now re-connects to a computer without having to start a new remote session

Pulseway is a great RMM for any size organization

Commentaires : When leaving our MSP, I needed a solution that would give me the same remote monitoring and access they had. I'm a consumer of Linus Media Group content and I have seen them advertise Pulseway numerous times, so I reached out to Pulseway and I've been happy ever since.

Avantages :

The cost of Pulseway really seems to be unbeatable. Pulseway also has a robust feature set for the price.

Inconvénients :

If I had to pick a con, it would be that they add features faster than they can document them for use. Ah, I just thought of something else. I absolutely detest Kaseya and the increasing integrations that Pulseway has with them gives me some reason for concern.

A user of pulseway to 10+ years

Avantages :

Managing servers and desktops remotely allows me to deliver an excellent end-user experience from our IT team. The Windows and third-party patching module has significantly minimized the time I spend keeping servers and desktops updated, all while maintaining oversight of the deployments.

Inconvénients :

The remote control feature requires improvement to match the reliability of TeamViewer and currently lacks a centralized management screen for seamless connections. Additionally, the marketing team appears disconnected from the client database, leading to emails promoting products that I have already subscribed to.

Commentaires : I have been using it for years and I enjoy it. I have had very few issues.

Avantages :

It is quick and easy to manage devices online and also from a phone. The updates have made it even easier to navigate.

Inconvénients :

There needs to be more integration with 3rd party tools like Bit Defender. Currently, there are too many other logins for the partnering tools.

I really like this RMM solution because it allows me to set everything up once and then not worry about it. Inconvénients :

I have very little to criticize about this system, except for the mobile app, which occasionally forgets that I’m logged in. It’s a minor inconvenience, but overall it doesn’t take away from the system's otherwise exceptional performance and reliability.

Commentaires : So far so good, it is a good product, but the lack of servers in SA makes it a bit hard to use the remoting function but in overall, a good system

The ability being able to manage our devices remotely and that Microsoft RDP feature that blackens the remote unit screen for privacy.

Inconvénients :

Lately there seem to be issues with Bitdefender where pulseway will show that a unit does not have and Agent installed where else there is an agent installed, this is making hard to reliably track which Units have AV on them

I find it frustrating that when I switch users on the software, I have to disconnect and reconnect to log in. If this could be streamlined, I'd be much happier with the product. It would be greate if it switch users on a client PC without having to disconnect and reconnect, this would make it much more convenient.
