Avantages :
Social Marketing Suite I like it a lot because it helps us to better manage our content marketing, it is easy to integrate with all our social networks improving our engagement campaigns. What I like most about this software is that we do not need to use codes for the design and optimization of mobile devices
Inconvénients :
all the functions of the program easy to use, I find nothing wrong
Overall we had a very positive experience with Votigo, especially the personnel.
Avantages :
Easy to use for quick creation and execution of campaigns. Content management also easy and efficient.
Inconvénients :
Higher price point when compared to some better known competitors. Not always as flexible in application and appearance as we needed.
Overall, this has been a good experience, but we have reservations about it's reliability.
Avantages :
The setup of campaigns comes pretty user-friendly. I'm happy with that aspect of the software and the responsiveness of the team.
Inconvénients :
We had a negative experience with a campaign we ran that had some fraudulent voting that apparently is more likely to occur with the vote totals displayed. We were not warned that this could be more likely to create fraudulent votes in the setup stages prior to the contest launch. After the voting fraud took place, we were then informed that this is one thing that can happen when vote totals are displayed. This has left us with a bit of hesitancy and lack of trust for using the software.

Thanks for the feedback Nick, and we're sorry that you had a less than positive experience with your campaign. We would like to clarify, however, that what you experienced was not a bug in our system that resulted in fraudulent voting activity. We tend to see that when votes are displayed, people become more inclined to try and find ways to `game the system¿ and increase the vote counts on their entries. However, please rest assured that even if people try to do this, our system is equipped with anti-fraud measures such as IP address detection, timestamps, and email collection, to protect the integrity of all campaigns.
The Votigo team has been extremely attentive and supportive during all campaign execution.
Commentaires : We have a lot of flexibility on how we run our social campaigns as stand alone and integrated comnponents of our social media strategy. The product suite is diverse and constantly being innovated based on the changing channel trends and client needs.
Avantages :
There's flexibility; out of the box solutions and full serve options depending on the scale and objectives of our campaigns.

Votigo is a simple to use contest platform that makes my life much easier.
Avantages :
It's easy to use and since I work at a radio station, we do a lot of contesting. I like how the rules are built into the set-up and how we can do many different types of contests across many social media channels.
Inconvénients :
Not enough templates. It would be nice to have season and holiday templates. I would also like a better description of all the different options. For example... how does the trivia function work? And support that is easier to contact.
