The ease and speed. Once the info is entered and the submit button is clicked the info is instantly viewable and ready to use by the consumer. No delay at all.

Best value for money with broadest capabilities for a membership, directory or dealership business
Commentaires : We have used this software for many years now and we are really happy to see the SaaS evolution of the software. The logic behind and the many different services offered provide a high level of control and differentiation for managing, updating, communication a large dealer network. Some of the tools in the backend help to protect your network and prevent competitors and other organizations from soliciting and bothering your dealer network. This is a very smart system. We are willing to roll out this software with a number of our clients. The customer service is first class. Can't say enough good. Had a small technical problem with importing our 200 plus dealership list, they resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Looking forward to the future iterative updates to look and feel and a responsive user interface design. The backend is really good. We appreciate how you handle GEO caching and search. We also love the underlying map technologies. Sometimes is nice not using Google Maps for every location based application. Well done and keep making it better.

Very dissapointing
Commentaires : This product is hopeless in the UK. The geo locator is very poor and puts locations up to 10 miles out. This causes huge disappointment and annoyance to customers. Their rather unhelpful support staff really have no idea how UK addresses work and seem to think the whole UK address system should be reformatted to match US formats. Installed a competitive product, powered by Google and everything just work properly. If your in the UK avoid this frustrating and useless operation!

Hello Rob, We are very sorry for the bad experience with the UK address that wouldn¿t geocode properly. We do have the GeoFix tool available for miss-placed map pins, which allows customers to make adjustments on the fly by dragging the pin and placing it in the proper spot. I¿ve great news about your trouble ticket. We were able to resolve your issue and improve the geocoding process to work with UK addresses much better now. We solved this within 24 hours of your support ticket being opened and you should see better results now for addresses across the globe. We¿ve been in business over 10 years (since 2004), we have served thousands of clients, and we strive to create the best experience we can. This is the best one we've used
Commentaires : I just signed up for the new On Demand locator and have been using it for about 5 days now. I will start by saying that there are so many features and I really like having all the options available to me so I can fully control even the smallest things. Importing our 700 locations was a snap because we used the Import Wizard. Easy! Launching on our site was simple and our designer had to copy code over and we were instantly up and running. We love the fact that the locator presents itself in a lightbox over top our website. Really nice feature and makes it easy to use. For the last 8 years, I've used every locator system on the market. I've tried them all and honestly, this new On Demand locator is the best one out there. It's inexpensive, smart and loads really fast. Really loving this locator and look forward to using it for a long time. Thanks for creating such a fantastic system. Kudos to the entire team.
