Real time claims. Real time payments. Add on compatibility

Inconvénients :

South Africa has loadshedding episodes where electricity gets switched off

Thank you Ben we are pleased you like our product and now iun the next 2 weeks we have a new QR code booking and product sales system linking to your site and services with direct links for you to sell online or take bookings with a simple QR code scan and its free. Doctors can also register for free and have more patients Scan to Book and we make it easy safe and always secure.

Commentaires : Mediclinic best feature without a doubt has been their ability and willingness to listen and change the software to meet our individual needs. Their prompt replies and call to action by far outweigh most in the Industry. Online Medicare \ DVA is a great feature and we couldn't live without this. Having automatic payments, make the job so much easier, also having the ability to see rejected Invoices and the codes associated to the Invoice, really helps. Templates are user friendly and we have modified these to suit our own needs too. We have been able to apply multiple logo's as we have different clinic's all setup under the one sign in, which has also been so much easier. The difficulties of any software is that it's not a one size fits all approach, so there are definitely some limitations but if you have a plan, know what you need, then you can only ask and see. We do this constantly and we have seen this software improve over the years and like any great company should expect, there is always room to improve and as we grow, so does our software needs, I think we are definitely getting some great results, but there is always room for more requests :D

Avantages :

I like the fact that you can tailor most things to your needs, it is fairly user friendly as software products go, the diary setup is fairly clean looking and gives you a quick snapshot of what you need to know about your day or the next patient

Inconvénients :

You can't have multiple Insurance cards for different injuries for the same patient at the same time, which happens more often than you would think. Also Billings - You can't add multiple Invoices to create a monthly Invoice \ apply\ pay a remittance for a large amount to several invoices at once for the same account. or see directly which account has been emailed without opening the individual Invoice.

Hi Bec and thank you. We are adding multiple insurers and it will be in By the end of September 2019. We have already added paying off multiple invoices with a single payment and this happened due to another user request about the same time you posted this review. We will notify you how to do this or as usualy our support is available 18 hours a day 6 days a week :)

Commentaires : Mediclinic is the most cost effective, efficient option for practice management software for my multi-location practice.

Avantages :

Web based. customer service is excellent

Inconvénients :

Runs differently on mac compared to pc - users have to learn specifics on both systems if moving between systems. Newer version of booking sheet - difficult to identify 15 minute time slots when booking patients. Can't see enough clinic lists on one screen. when booking in different locations - need to use the BOOK function - but it's difficult to see across enough clinics.

Hi Brigid and thank you for the review. Many features and requests make it hard to make a perfect system for everyone. The 15 mins slots were removed by requests from users to make the new bookings sheet slimmer and more fast. that is why we provide 3 different booking sheets views. And Mac has a different operating system so yes it will be different and people like the MAC view as I know you do from your comments on the phone. great company, can customise based on your requirements, more importantly they listen and assist

Commentaires : they have been able to offer great customisation to minimal staff time and tried to build as many features as possible in it.

Avantages :

cloud based and secure, friendly support staff

Inconvénients :

Being cloud based, it is internet dependent and can be slow sometimes if internet is down at my location

Avantages :

Functionality and customer support. The ever growing and adapting features of mediclinic, companied with great customer support help making this a preferred choice for any serious clinic or practitioner group.

Inconvénients :

Waiting list feature and notification settings of patient arrival.

Thank you Ryan as this is greatly appreciated and your confidence in our software is appreciated. You stated the wait list and patient arrival is not working? We will have the programmers on to that as we have 2 booking sheet views.. The Precious version has this working but as we are making a new Diary booking sheet, some of the functions are still being added in which will be done within a few weeks. As these are not mission critical we are happy you reviewed us.
