Commentaires : It is bug free, easy to use and very well structured with easy to use interface.
It is very functional and has all the types of questions that I need in my work, and I can export results to PowerPoint!
Don't really like anything least. It's great software and I don't have anything that I don't like about it.
Great solution for a volunteer-led organization.
Commentaires : Using QuestionPro saves us money over using more expensive event management tools. We use meeting registration surveys for our event registrations. We can then use the data responses to export attendee lists to create name tags with mailmerge in Word. We then can follow-up with post-event surveys, as well as annual planning surveys to help us plan our programs.
I like how QuestionPro allows you to customize its forms and surveys. Our volunteer-led professional organization uses it for meeting registrations and post-event surveys. It allows us to include our logo, and with the skip-logic, we can customize a registration form based on how people answer, so members can enter their member number and non-members won't see that option. We can also customize what happens when the form is complete, such as sending people to our PayPal page to pay for their meeting registration. While it's not integrated with PayPal, it may appear that way to our users so we can collect payment right after they register for an event. QuestionPro support has also been extremely helpful and responds quickly to questions on our account.
While QuestionPro is not a comprehensive solution to event management (and doesn't claim to be), the product works well for our organization. It took a little getting used to with all the functions and options available, but not much to complain about overall.
QuestionPro is holding our survey data hostage!
It was fairly easy to set up a survey.
We signed up for a free account and they mentioned on the pricing page that there was a limit of 1,000 submissions per survey on the free version. What they failed to clearly state, though is that once you go over 1,000 submissions on a survey, you GET COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF THE SURVEY!!! We got a TON of SPAM submissions even with the provided Captcha field added, which quickly pushed us over the 1,000 submission limit. But, instead of shutting the survey down, they continue to accept submissions and instead REVOKE ACCESS TO THE SURVEY FOR TEH CREATOR. Now I can no longer view, edit or even close the survey without PAYING FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer a monthly plan. So, essentially, if you are on a free account and go over 1,000 submissions, QUESTIONPRO WILL HOLD YOUR SURVEY DATA HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer monthly subscriptions. The reasoning I was given was that "they didn't want a bad experience for the survey takers" which is why they leave the survey open. What about the end-user experience for the companies setting up the surveys though? Personally, I'd rather my survey get shut down at 1,000 submissions and still be able to access the data then to have them keep collecting responses that I can't even access. Their customer service was also very slow to reply and the account manager was 15 mins late to our first meeting with no heads up, so I ended up waiting and having to reschedule.
RIght Product for Our Application
We run an annual accelerator for early stage cleantech startups, providing them with training and mentorship. At the end of the program, we survey the startups and mentors and solicit their input for improvement. The QuestionPro platform makes it easy to ask multiple-choice questions and for text input. One feature we like most is the ability to tailor the survey questions conditional on answers to previous questions. That allows us to use the same basic structure to ask more specific questions relevant to the level of involvement and experience of the program. The reports, response tracking and other analyses are comprehensive and easy to use.
One area of improvement we like to see is to make reusing groups of questions easier. Right now we have to copy each question to be repeated and changes to one has to be repeated. It will be great to be able to group them and link (not just copy) at once.
