Omadi's Making Everything Easier!

Commentaires : I really don't have a job description, I do everything from A to Z. I take care of all of the paperwork and if no one is here and someone calls I will go and do a tow. We had one wrecker yard with 3 to 4 trucks, I went full-time in 2008, now it's gone to 10 yards almost 11 and to 50 trucks I had no clue how we would keep up, I devised a paper trail to keep up with everything but it got to be too much and that's when we changed over to Omadi. That's why we changed over to Omadi and it's making things easier. We try to help people & Omadi helps us to help people because for one thing the drivers don't have to come back to the office and get their copy. They don't have to pull over off the side of the road. It helps them once the driver gets there. Put the tag in it automatically reads the vin. In 3 minutes they can have all of that info and start towing the customer. It helps them start the process faster and get the customer off the road. Omadi also prevents the customer coming back saying that we tore something up. We can see the before pictures. With Omadi when they take the pictures then that prevents the people from trying to get something for nothing. It's helped because the speed of trying to find invoices. Having it right at your fingertips rather than having to go to a paper log and going through the files. We have cut the search time down to 2 minutes rather than an hour. Most customers are really liking that once we get through we have an email with an invoice. Then once we send the statement out and they send a payment. It takes a minute for me to input. I think it's great!

Avantages :

The wrecker business is nothing like any other business, so many different variables that go into billing. Omadi has been great taking all of that out of my head and putting it into omadi it has really really helped in that area. I don't have to go search for stuff it takes me just a couple of seconds and i can find what i need to find i love that the drivers i have certain things. Half the time before you couldn't read the vin number now it's very clear. I love that they have to take pictures of the car. I'm really getting into the other side of it the billing, all i do is click and send them an email or click and print it, it's cut that time way down from what i was using. It's cut down less problems. I can print all of that off in a matter of 5 minutes while it used to take an hour to do that. It helps with efficiency a lot and it's going to get better!

I Love Omadi, They Made Our Business So Much Better!

Commentaires : So At first I thought it was going to be a nightmare to try to change from paper to paperless. And we knew it would be a couple of week transition possibly to a month to two months s and as we started doing it everything started to come to light how it was helping save money, helping work more efficiently so it gave us more reason to pay more attention of how to operate the app. And so it came to us more quickly and we actually got through it in about a month to a month and a half and we really enjoy it now. I'm not very techie at all and I had this big fear that if you can't physically touch the paper you can't touch the money... but now that it's been shown to me on the computer screen what's actually going on and how we are saving money and how omadi takes care of our business and while we are home and at sleep omadi is taking care of everything I feel like I would give this and I would promote this to anybody in the towing industry, even though I know the towing industry is very competitive business but if anybody wanted to do better in the towing business I would recommend that they use this. They've made our business so much better and they can make everyone else's business great also. So here at Morgan towing we were overwhelmed with how well omadi took care of our business like I say even when we were asleep they were taking care of business and even our older guys that maybe weren't so techie all the way to the younger guys that are techie It was bringing everything to light of how well it operates and some of the things that the office administration could see they were going through it and it made there job so much easier and whenever they found something that they weren't ok with as far as it makes it you got to go to this step before you got to this step what we did is call a gentleman at omadi told him that maybe we need to take this step out that gentleman took it out right then and made it to where it suited our business. Then if they find anything else in that computer or in omadi that they believe needs to be in a different spot, it needs to be in the system but maybe move it to a different spot or different screen so it's all in one they move it right then, Omadi caters to the towing business. Omadi is perfect!

Avantages :

It has really upscaled the profit margin in our business and we don't have any reason to be upset with Omadi for how they take care of our business Omadi has affected our vision for Morgan towing to new heights to new scales as far as I can focus on buying tow trucks, buying equipment, hiring better employees because I don't have to worry about the paperwork anymore I don't have to worry about how we are going to make sure we're going to get paid on the paperwork end. So omadi has greatly affected our business as far as more efficiency and I can worry about buying tow trucks and taking care of my employees, getting better employees, taking care of safety programs, taking care of other things rather than worrying about paperwork worrying about my administration as far as how we're getting our bills out to be able to get paid and making sure that dealerships customers private customers anybody has access to their billing, here at Morgan towing we don't have to worry about that anymore.

This software was a disaster. It set our company back months.

Commentaires : Every time we tried to address an issue with the system, we were told "it's user error". This system can manipulate the pricing on its own. I would NEVER recommend this software to anyone. We have been away from the system for 4 months and are still trying to fix all the problems it caused.
The invoices looked presentable though.

Hi Lori, We're sorry that you had a poor experience with us. As you know you were the first company that we tried our Quickbooks integration on and unfortunately it was still in beta at that time. Since then we have made many improvements and updates to our software including our Quickbooks integration. We have also made many updates to our implementation and support teams to ensure that customers are implemented successfully. Unfortunately for reasons on both sides your company was never fully integrated to use our system. We wish you nothing but the best and hope that you give us another chance down the road. The Greatest Thing That Has Ever Happened

Commentaires : August 6, 1991 the internet became available for use... for those of you who remember that I am certain that you have mentioned on many occasions.... "wow, its amazing... how did we get everything done before email and the internet?" Well... Omadi will create that same feeling... because once you have it you will wonder how in the world you got everything done with out it. (It is also a little like crack... 'cause once you start... you can't stop.) Omadi is by far the greatest thing that has ever happened for us and will most likely be the greatest innovation and milestone that the current generation of towers will ever. Omadi is dedicated to providing the best product and services available.... and I can attest to the fact that our team has awarded them gold starts in every department. We are fortunate enough to have 35 of the best towing professionals the industry has to offer on our team... and we are now blessed to have Omadi backing up our every move. After 21 years of providing the best PPI services in the world and approaching the 1 million vehicles towed mark we are 100% certain beyond a shadow of a doubt Omadi is the key to staying on top of the game for the next 20 years. Whether you own, operate or manage a towing company, you owe it to your self and your team to take the time to understand exactly what Omadi can do for you. Sure there are other software services available... but you can rest assured they either out dated or sub par in comparison. Do your self a favor. You will be wondering how in the world you got along with out it.

(this is the greatest feeling ever, to be able to climb in any truck at any time and you are 100% prepared. Not only do you have your tow ticket and camera with you at all times you also have the entire filing cabinet with any piece of info you may need at your finger tips. 3. Our industry revolves around data... the beauty of Omadi is that they have made every single piece of info you have ever wanted or could ever need able to appear before your eyes in record speed. Face it, you have questions every single day.. what is going on now or occurred last week, last night or last year... with Omadi... all you have to do is ask. AND BAMMM I could go on and on... I just want to extend a BIG THANK YOU to the Omadi team as they have insured our position at the top for the next 20 years and have allowed us to eliminate wasted time, fuel, man power all while cutting costs and increasing revenue. IT IS A WIN WIN WIN. When entering into a contract with Omadi.... don't worry about what it cost. I am serious as a heart attack... I have run the math every which way possible... once you are up and running on the system you will increase your revenue well past the amount that you spend. Ohhh... and time...that ever fleeting commodity. I'm not saying that you will be sitting around twittling your fingers... but you will definably notice an increase in efficiency.

The best software for dispatch, invoicing, and overall transportation fleet management!

Commentaires : After searching for months to cut costs and maintain low overhead in a difficult economic time for oilfield services companies, we began searching for software that would allow us to scale back our number of employees not involved in revenue generation. We demo'd around 15 software suites and found Omadi to be the best option. The ease of use, integration, and simplification from driver tracking to final invoicing has made Omadi worth its weight in oil! We are able to downsize our back office and rely more on our dispatchers to do the manual entry; freeing management up to oversee our fleet without having to spend countless hours combing through paper bills and matching them up for invoicing purposes. The mobile app allows our drivers to fill in only needed information, while our dispatch team enters the rest. This cuts down on human error and the problem of sloppy handwriting or lost field tickets. The drivers take a picture of their weight tickets and attach it to their current load information that can then be invoiced within seconds of a job being complete. Anyone in the business knows the frustrations of waiting for a driver to Transflo or Camscan a ticket to the office and then match it up with the correct load. The time we used to spend on these redundant tasks allows us to better plan our logistics and save money on fuel and minimize minor errors that typically add up to thousands of dollars. Omadi has allowed us to cut costs by around 30%! Omadi is also fully customizable with a little bit of tech knowledge. By not having to rely on developers and the oft repeated "When enough of our customers request that be added, we will be able to spend the development time on your request," we are able to customize the software and mobile application within minutes. Omadi has brought our oilfield services company into the twenty-first century and is allowing us to stay busy and profitable in a very lean time.
